The real reason you are here is to bash SE, and anyone following your comments can obviously see that, so just get over it and get a life will ya :)
Vivaz users love their phones and you can do nothing to change that, so the better you realize this the better.

I'll just wait 3-4 months maybe before i decide to buy this phone. See if its reliable and the build quality is as durable as it looks . I'm also considering Samsung Jet. We'll see.

Easy to navigate through the menu, dummy on slat walls in phone shops does do the phone justice ask to see a demo as the phone is perfect in size and weight. I have used this phone and the touch screen is responsive and smooth.

Let's hope Sony Ericsoon have sorted out their software issues and build problems with this one. It's a nice phone, but only time will tell how reliable it will be. I work in the industry and they haven't released a really reliable handset since the K800. It has gone downhill from there. So many of their handsets should have been recalled. But alas, like all phone manufacturers rarely will they rise up, admit they messed up and do the right thing. So many Nokias, for example, should have been sent back from day one. So I'm not holding my breath on this model. Nice design, solid features but will it be worth it?....

SE have added a media browser on top of the basic interface, and that does have kinetic scrolling. I think it has a good feel to it, except when scrolling through photo albums in full screen – the sensitivity is a bit off, so it often either overshoots or snaps back when trying to scroll just one image. I haven't installed the new equalizer yet, but I hope they'll integrate it properly in a future software update. The playback controls are nicely worked into the home screen, so it would be a shame to have to use a separate music player.
When it comes to speakers I have to admit that I'm not a good judge... I think I'm cursed with the sort of audiophile ears that really can't appreciate the kind of sound even the best small devices can provide. :)
The build quality is decent. It's plastic, but everything fits well together so it doesn't feel too cheap. The front keys could have been a little bit better, but the volume and camera controls are fine. The body has a clear coating (at least on the silver version), but I can't tell if it's something that's created in the molding process or if it's just something that's sprayed on and can flake off. I'm not going to do that sort of testing, but if accidents should happen I'll try to report my findings (after I'm done weeping... ;)

Android? Nokia has Maemo OS (later MeeGo) which is more powerful, more open and better than Android.
Do your research
if the n97 mini has kenetic scrolling im sure it will appear soon for the vivaz in an update.like the equalizer has.

No kinetic scrolling, separate equalizer, and not really very good loudspeaker. I haven't tried Vivaz yet, but if the speaker is as good as C510 that would be good enough for me.
Another thing. How's the build quality? I mean the paint/coat (whatever) might come off when I accidentally drop it.
(I guess it's too early to comment on that, right?)
I'm just skeptical on the build quality of SE's phones lately.

So trust me bro, your on the right track :>
I think SE is doing a great job with supporting their customers and releasing several updates, don't you agree?
