FAtos, 08 Oct 2010Hi dear Zar
My friend I have been busy last days, about your question and your worry I will ... morehaha thanks fatos for the opinion =)
there's another question to you guys (fatos, gillian or any experienced user out there)
when I'm looking for applications to install *http://sonyericsson-vivaz.blogspot.com/search/label/Apps*
I read through the steps to download and install some applications
and there's this " sign the application using extsis.exe "
what does that mean ?
I understand that some applications have longer and more complicate (to noobs like me) procedures to install them and I want to know if this " signing the application" is like one of them ?
and how should I deal with it ?
do I need to sign applications every time I download them (to those applications which required signing in or whatever that is, I still don't know what that means)
sorry for disturbing and thanks in advance ! =)

Anonymous, 06 Oct 2010have you never had low network coverage then it says emergency calls only. because if you did ... moreIf that happens, normally my Vivaz will switch back to normal after getting good signal. Or if ever it doesn't, I re-scan the network manually...
I had this for 10 days and got a swap to vivaz pro for keypad input..I ahve found no real problems with either device except you need a loud ringtone but i have had worse..I think more can be done for the vivaz like they did with samsung i8910 with even more proccessor power (720 v 600)and dedicated graphics chip..I wonder if the feloow called hyperx can do some roms for this.I would love to do what he does but have not even got one iota what to do,some people are so clever..
Vivaz/Vivaz pro have better battery and power than i8910 thingy i reckon someone can tweak this up.
Roar..., 05 Oct 2010Maybe it's your unit only. I had this phone since April and I don't have any problem with it...have you never had low network coverage then it says emergency calls only. because if you did i would like to know how you got it sorted...?
Anonymous, 06 Oct 2010I heard that SE will not use Symbian anymore in their next future cell phone. will this effect... moreYeah! There's a news about SE not releasing Symbian phone anymore. But SE will still support the phone if there are still bugs to be iron out on the firmware. SE have released an updated firmware to Vivaz last August 24th, mine is running on that new firmware.
As for my experience with Symbian and Android phone, I like Android more due to it's application flexibility. In Symbian you are limited to a few available apps. Also, I noticed, you tend to get bored with Symbian easily. Going by the reviews I read about the new Symbian^3, most are saying that it is still the boring interface that turns the reviewers off. I have also an SE X10 phone, btw...
