based on my experience, why the se w302 sucks:
- sms can't be saved on the memory stick, they can only be stored on the phone memory (which is lacking) and the sim card (of course, not enough). if you try to keep a few sms, the phone will say low memory;
- the ascending alert tone is extremely frustrating, from very soft getting louder but not loud enough! and the phone decides the length of the tone, grrrr;
- no multiple alarms, just one;
- no notes function;
- you cannot assign different sms alert tones for each contact (a feature present even in the low end phones like T303).

i just bought this phone, and can't understand how to install a game in it ( never done it before on any other mobile, so i am really at dark ) plz help

sound given is 5 points only where as others has 8 points. many of sony ericsson themes can not be applied to this one

hans, 20 Jul 2009why this phone can't changed the theme? Plis helmphil good day its not impossible that you cat change the thetm on that phone just go to file manager then select themes and your good to go! thanks

SS, 20 Jul 2009Why this model doesn't have the individual incoming call blocking function ?I was having the same issue...and i finally found that option...when recieving a unwanted call press # and it blocks the ring without canceling the call. I hope that this was what u were looking for

i only have this phone for about two weeks but so far its ok! question does this phn have the call screening feature been looking but havent found it yet. camera is an out doors type. it gives you some messed up pics. so far so good i guess

on some software/firmware version installed w302 the "delivery report option" for sms is missing - if you get your phone updated to the latest software/firmware version at sony erricsson service centre and the "delivery report option" for sms will be back as stated in the manual
the latest software/firmware version is 1207-2375_R1DB001 - you can read the version under the Service Menu by pressing right, *, left, left, *, left (left and right are with navigation keys)
