Julio burnik, 20 Jan 2009yeah ive tried covering the light sensor you mentioned and it will decrees phone brightness,..... morehehe, nice diba! dude, you are right, you are more confident when you bought your phone in a authorize dealer, like i did, kung sa greenhills, di ka sure kung dumaan talaga ng quality control and ntc.
but still, it wont hurt if youre going to gamble right, you just have to really really really check it, before buying it. ayt!

SE has it but much expensive.. but theres assurance that youl get a good working phone

i have this phone, its cool,
everything else was mentioned in prev posts,
but i have noticed that it has a walkmate, that counts every step you make, and the small circle infront on top of the screen, i thought it was a camera, but its actually a light sensor, it checks the light in the environment and it adapts to it, try it, you can cover it slowly with your finger, then the lights will go down, to save energy, since it thinks that its already dark, therefore it will emit small volume of light on the lcd, since in the dark, you dont need a lot of light to see the screen...
i dont know if im correct, bec it doesnt show in the manuals.. hehe!
but i think its simply ingenious...

guys can you give out sites where you can download shake it themes and motion sensor games? thanks!
oh and my youtube app worked but does not show the videos it just bufferred. even the google maps worked fine, not until i hard reset my cp, it's not working now :(

i got one just recently. i bought for 12,200. it''s nice actually. it's sleeker in design than the w9101. the sound is really good especially when using the earphone and the equalizer set at mega bass. im very satisfied and have not encountered so far.

i guess you listen thru the earphones coz the battery really stays up longer when earphones r used instead of speakers.
well, yeah w910i really looks better. but w595's camera and speaker is better. if you want a phone which really looks good, maybe u may want to wait for w705. it has wifi too

Hi Just two weeks back I owned a w595. But now it is showing problems. It get restarts whenever I am using the walkman. I don't know what to do. It is fine in all other aspects. I am taking the phone to the showroom now. I will update what is their comments if it is a bug I will be killed. as it restarts twice in a single song.

I brought one W 595 some where on November 2008. I was really happy to have it. While using it I experienced its secondary camera is not functioning. So I went back to my mobile agent and he told this don’t have secondary camera and you have to use the main camera for use 3G also. But in specifications it says this has secondary camera. Please confirm whether it doesn’t have secondary camera or is it defect on my mobile.
