nyaaah!! IT DEPENDS ON THE USER ON HOW SHE/HE WILL USE THIS ONE!! I have it for over 10 MONTHS, i drop it more than 7 times! and its still working! and one more thing! this is not a CYBERSHOT phone thats why dont expect too much on its camera! if you want a good camera go buy w995 not this one! one of the volume key is my problem,, it clicks but no sound? hahahah,, uhmmmmm,, AND it depends on the manufacturer,, if you're disappointed on this phone go buy "NOKIA" or other brands not this one,, ok?! The Hell I really Really love this damn Phone,,

well i have had this phone for 6 months and i have started to hate it.i got a screen protector and two cases so that nothing will happen to it but as it fell last week from my bed to the carpet its buttons dont work and it does not charge and now its gone off and wont come back on.what should i do i have taken it so that they can fix it .they said that the phone has a problem so i am still waiting to see what they can do for me.if i am you do not buy this phone and keep it for more than 6 months and allow it to fall.

the w595 is a good phone is have it myself, the Walkman is good and it is indestructible. the only down side is that you can't zoom in the take a photo on the 3mp mode it has to 1mp :( otherwise its a very good phone for anyone who needs a good easy phone that does its job :)

Dxxlr8 , 27 Jul 2010Can u listen to music on the earphones and charge this phone at the same time ?you acturly can charge iit and listen to head phones if you have a special charger becos my mate has that phone and he has a charger wot you plug in and on thn a slot to put ya head phones in to its pretty cool. my phone does the same thing .

i have been using this phone for about a year now and is now having quite a few problems with it.
Firstly, three keys on the keypad is starting to malfunction and is getting very tough to use.This is quite a major problem for people who sms often.
Secondly, the "w" sign at the front of the phone dropped off.I have seen other people comlaining about this too.
Thirdly, the phone started to swtich off by itself since a few weeks after i bought it.This is becoming more and more frequent.It can be quite irritating if you are taking photos or video because it will switch off halfway.After that the photo or video will not be saved and show a "corrupt" picture.
Fourthly, the buttons beside the phone (the one which adjusts the volume)couldnt be pressed.Apparently this just happened to my phone today.So now i can only just turn down the volume as the button used to turn up the volume has malfunctioned.
Other than these problems,the speakers are great and the battery life is superb.
I don't exactly know if this is my phone's problem or has it got to do with the whole model or not.
This is a summary of my opinion..am going to bring it for repair later.
Btw sorry for the not-so-accurate english!=)

I got my second Sony at the end of last year and I have had to send it in three times within a month, very dissapointing and they won't give me a new phone! I love it bec. Its a limited, but I could really do with a phone that nice that works well!!!!! Its mostly manufacturing problems:( :'(

been using this for almost a year now and haven't encountered any problem with it. this is the fisrt time i'll be using sony-ericson phone and i'm loving it. pictures ok, sound ok, keypad is great, design is superb. the best phone i ever had. i so so love the picture slide show with all the different moods with corresponding music background.

Nati, 18 Jul 2010Can any one tell how to use the equaliser with out connecting the head set? Please reply to this.With patch but if you use eq speakers sounds like crap and has no quality,even i don't use eq because i dont need that,my phone is not with original acoustics,its two times louder and has big bass from bottom speaker :P
