kapu, 13 Jul 2010can anybody tell me how can i lock my phone for my privacy. i went into security option it as... morephone lock code is 0000..after that you can change it..

can anybody tell me how can i lock my phone for my privacy.
i went into security option it asked me about pin no. for sim protection and phone protection.
i changed that but it didnt work bcoz when i went to main mainu it didnt ask me that code but when i switched on my phone that time it asked me that code.
so can anybody pls. solw my problem?

my 4th walkman- w595, amazing phone, smooth multitasking, smooth motion sensor, amazing screen quality, smooth sliding mechanism, very smooth os, never stays still, awesome 3D gaming.
But cheapish battery cover(mine broke few days before) and no flash but flash is not a big thing to worry bcoz its not xperia or cybershot, its walkman with awesome walkman-3 player. Modding and patching is real fun. Battery life is good...i love sony ericsson..

n j, 09 Jul 2010dude i buyed many phones of sony ericsson for the use of confrence for my little business but ... morebuy a nokia if u want but you have crap phone,because you can't start lots of programs in the same time,you can't even minimize one started program when u got sms,u got crapy music play from earphones,ant the worst thing u can't mod your phone :P and u pay for them lots of money while se 2 times less cost thats my opinion

Mike, 07 Jul 2010i recently tried to enable my phone lock feature under the settings after entering my new lock... moremike do you enter old code to security,and when new,the standart code is 0000

this phone to me is lousy , i bought in Dis 2009 and i've had loads of problems with it since i bought it , especially the keypads , better dont buy this phone

This phone worked great for the first 5 months. After use the slider feels slightly gritty and the w sign on the front dropped out, being a cheap plastic sticker. I don't abuse phones but they still happened.

i recently tried to enable my phone lock feature under the settings after entering my new lock code but when going back to the home screen,it doesn't request for the security code before navigating.please advice on this as i need it for my own privacy.

shaik, 29 Jun 2010hey i bought dis fone a year back n it was awesome..there was no complain but suddenly a coupl... moreits because the system connector or the strip cable which connects the slides has stopped working.. u ll be charged 700 to 900 for d service..

used the 4n almost a month.(bought it 4 rs.20000/= (nearly 190 US$)got some problems-handset doesnt works well.other caller cant hear what im saying.-usb cabl not recogniz the memory slot n phone memory.-some keys are malfunctioning n also sometimes it not pop-up when i recieved a missed call or message.-signal receivng z sux n low battry lyftime.-low picture n video quality.-no flash-totally sux
