can anybody tell me is there a pin lock on the w595 i know there is one if you turn the phone off completly and then switch it back on but can a pin be used if i lost my phone to stop anybody from useing it

I have been using this for more than a year and it is really a great walkman phone. I upgraded it with an 8gb m2 memory card. 16gb will still work but it is quite laggy. A cd software came with the box before when I bought it last year. My girl friend bought a pink one 5 months ago and there is no cd on the new packages.

Its gr8 with sexy looks as per ma frnds. All the features are good
But it lacks wlan and a flash for its cam .

W595 is fabulous due to its stereo speakers. My opinion is,the speakers has done a great job.It's much better than my old w910i. Futhermore,the curve shaped design is funky and impressive.It let freshman attracted,Like me(16). Hehex ^^. In addition,w595 has lots of application,like Music Mate 5. It's designed for musicians. I love to go to Music Mate to surf the chords and get my guitar tuned. That's awesome!!! In the other hand,I dislike my w595 becuz - The battery cover has crappy sound,Plus,the slide is wobble. In addition,the camera performance make me feel "haiz" when in dark conditions. Lastly,my phone lag a bit when added to 4GB(filled with 2GB.) My conclusion,w595 is a gorgeous mobile,It's a pleasure to use it. I gave it 8/10. That's my hands on experience,Thanks for take time to read it. You're extremely appreciated.

i am using this model handset since from 5 months .... this phone is having very good features but one thing i dont like-that there is no flash option ......apart from that there is no issues in this ......thank you and prefer sony ericsson handsets only

Ive this phone from 2 months..everything's good..but the slide is nt proper and the buttons make a squeaky sound while typing.the phone is a little slow.the camera is good to my needs.no autofocus the worst thing in a 3.2 mp cam.how ever the phone's good...and this is my first phone and i've discovered everything in it...

No, this model doesn't include a cd due to "keeping the environment safe" and reducing any further damage to it (whatever??). You should connect to your pc via usb cabel and go to www.sonyericsson.com/support and download useful stuff from there. Worked in my case at least... here's another one - www.playnow-arena.com
