Finally purchase W800i.
This is my first purchase of a Sonyericsson phone.
So far am veryX4 satisfied with the performance.Fast access to menu compare to K700i.Awesome sound from the MP3 player.The 512MB bundle was really useful.I can insert 64 MP3 songs and still got 180MB to play with.
Installation of PC suite was smooth. CD2Phone sw that was given in the CD was a great sw for transferring of MP3 to phone.
The camera was awesome!! 2MP...the picture quality is great!!
In Singapore a bundle of Bose Companion 2 was given and the sound quality played from W800 to Bose speaker is really awesome X4!!!!
the headset given comes with a headset jack..so it's easy for u to use your normal headset to hear MP3 .
Best purchase so far!

i don't know which one to get the w800i or the w600 if some one can help me out that will be great thanx :}
ooh and if you can tell me if both of them are on sale in the U.S. cause i don't know that will be great too.

What is the difference between W800i & K750i? But the differenct in pricing is almost $200. Only for the 512MB memory card?

i work in a phone retail shop and we just got one delivered as a demo product, its a nice fone but not a lot different from the k750, only the software is different!

come on!!! where is the price? im expecting this faboulous mobile phone for almost 8 months. on black market the price is 400 euros and on e bay is all around 330 euros. but people who want to buy it in shops? on august 12th is comming in europe. give us the price so whe can start saving money :)

ive has the sony ericsson k750i for a few a few months now and ive already had two my third one has just been ordered because there have been problems,i like the sound of he w800i and might consider getting that if the third 1 goes wrong

coz i wanna buy 1 & am sooo confuse to which 1 should i buy ,coz the both of them has sooo great features so am all confuse PLZ HELP ASAP .

The K750i & the W800i are the same fones...The only thing that makes the W800i different is...512MB memory stick in the sales package. K750i comes with a 64MB memory stick in the pack, but that of course can be upgraded to a maximum of 2GB. Dont worry about the sound quality, you'll love it.
The W800i has a 512MB Memory stick in the sales package which is one of the reasons for it to be more expensive than the K750i, also W800i has flight mode where you can use the camera & the media player when the fone is off, they let you keep you fone on when your on a plane. Also supports more advanced headsets. Everything else is exactly the same. Buy either one, you wont regret not buying the other one.

hey guys i live in dubai and price difference between the w800i and k750i is 170 usd ?is the w800i worth 170 +k750i or better go for the k750i and pay the extra money in 1gb memorycard.

I just played with this W800. The face cover is made of white plastic & it looks cheap. The middle part(orange matellic colour) seems like it is made of metal & look fine.
Anyway, I prefer the K750i.
