nike, don't be dumb. it'll cost around RM3000 in malaysia. even S700i cost RM2000 already, with only 1.3 mpix. whereas W800 is equipped with a 2.0 mpix + its a great mp3 player.
however, theres something bad about this phone. it lacks of edge tech and symbian =

OK Guys, lets face it. SE launched s710 as an improved version of s700 with EDGE in it.
This fone has no EDGE, and also the MP3, is it stereo or still mono?
So dont jump to conclusions. I still beleiv moto e398 rocks.

Hey this is the best ever!! i have read a review of K750i and it's just FANTASTIC!!!!!! as you know the only difference between K750i and W800i is the memory card & and the opportunity to hear music with the phone turned off for 30h!!oh! and of course the design. so whatever you read about K750i go for W800i too. from what i read the phone is very good. oh! i have an answer for all of you who are asking about how long the phone records a video: there is NO limit like K700i!! but i have a question too: when does the phone goes out (in Greece if you know or if there is anyone greek!!!) and how much will it cost??

wow man this is the best phone ever, i love it, i can't wait to have it!!! it is simply perfect, i am so surprised i didn't find any bad things. SE rules the world! but i have i question, which is better, K750 or W800? i heard that the only difference is the 512MB memory card and that media features. is it true?

I am sure that Sony Ericsson is the best mobile company and no company can compete with it more. And about SE w800 I can say that it is the best phone now but it only lacks the 240-320 screen (it is not so important). I want from Sony Ericsson company to pay more attention to Iran’s markets. SONY ERICSSON IS THE BEST AND W800 IS BEST OF THE BEST

This phone looks splendid, supreme style and presence(from what I can see from the photos)I realy like the concept- mp3 player with digital Camera of perfect quality.It looks that "The Fellowship of the Phones"(SonyEricsson) is working real hard and talented.KEEP WALKIN:)

this fone is absolute quality. im luvin the design and the features, the 2 MP camera is impressive. aswel as the relatively long battery life. im quite in2 the MP3 playa aswel and the MP3 ringtones. I was finkin of buyin the fone on Pay-as-u-go wen it eventually comes out. do u have ne idea about how much this would cost?

excuse me.......i really would like to know.......i've read some post saying that this phone would cost around RM1700-2000..erm...r you sure???? coz i'm planning to buy NOKIA 6630..now it is around RM1800..but if this phone is that offer hell abundant features...i am willing to wait...hehe...so could u please REINFORM me....pleasee......

dis fone is perfect...its got all da featurez i want...n da design? its beautiful n has da most stylish fone...i got an mp3 player, it has 126mb...bt w800 has 512mb! dis is jus perfect...it has a gd quality camera n it has a flash light on it, n it has both bluetooth n infered port...da colour for da fone? i lyk it...i cant believe its trademark is walkman...i love music n not it is mostly bout music, it has other gd features...se "keep up da gd work"...wen it coms out im gonna buy it on pay as you go...anywayz do u no how much it would b?...let me no yeh...not botherthed bout da price bt nuff talkin 4 now... ;)

To all those asking about price in Europe it will apparently be available in the 200-300 euro range. The launch is due for the summer so I would guess it could probably be released as early as next month (ie start of second business quarter)

max memory is 1Gig and yes you can have mp3 as ringtone... if you are a music lover... go for w800i ... if much to photo taking type go for k750i...

w800 is the right fone for me...im not saying that it is the best in the world,bt in my opinion,Sonyericsson w800 is the most stylish fone i seen up to now,or the sonyericsson k750...its got the best colour fone out,(maybe...anyways i am a sonyericsson fone user, i got a k550i,its a good fone but not enough memory, bt the w800...? thats well enough for me, even though that u might not allowed to get more memory card,512mb is enough...enough to get more than 20 mp3 songs...the colour kind of go with the fone...i am getting this fone but depends on the price...anyways just wanted to know when its comin out in manchester(uk) and what price it is going to be...hope u email me

Is there any technology in which we can put 2 Sim in 1 instrument and can swap the service as and when required. Please provide some more information on it. As if i am an sony Ericsson user. Using T610 and verymuch impressed with the performance but still need to reduce prices to compete with other brands.
