just covert ure videos to .3gp fpormat. it doesn't play any other formats.

In order to play Video Music or Video, you should have convert video files to MP4 or 3gp extension. Then, transfer video files to Media/video folder in the memory stick through the software came with the phone. If you copy file from computer direct to memory stick through card reader. IT WON'T WORK!!!.If you have any question feel free to email me

man i hav ths phone......its really cool but d sad part is i cant play any videos and da phones not workin as gud as i thought....quite sad feels like NOKIA is always adaptable to the user always be it software,music or user friendly options....
well now i realise tht aftr using ths phone theres just 2 cool things about it.
1.the HEADPHONES it simply rocks!!!
2.Camera its awesome

Everything of this phone is good...but i still cant play any videos in it. I mean music videos and other videos i put into this doesnt work. Is there any kinda software to install into my w800 to make it play mpeg or mpg videos????PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

This phone is fantastic, with a 2Gb card it's better than an ipod and last twice as long, The camera is great for a 2Mp, stores alot of SMS, the only thing that lets it down was the fact it would wipe the music of itself if you used the usb cable to add music. Just get a memory card reader "Sorted"

anyone can tell me why my computer didnt recognize my w800i and the wizard ask for trouble shooting.i only buy it yesterday....i use microsoft window xp,pentium 4.i think mit suppose work very well.......the battery very very very disapointed,,,,,too fast drain out.........

I think it is a good handset and better than any other motorolla, I used E398, it is not lauder than this one for sure.

I've just got this handset second hand.Its good.The battery remains preety good even after having a long duration but when i turn on camera or music player,the battery gets drained like anything.Please someone tell me is my battery a faulty piece or is it a normal thing..
