Using this phone since mac, almost 7 month know. the "control stick" start to have slower reactions, it's true i think W800 user have to becarefull using it. other than that it a great phone, after updating it's firmware the speakers can play song louder (some comment before it's not loud enough. Batteries are ok, max can last for 3 days >. no ploblems for theme and ring tones lots of them on the net, picture are great! want to see what happen to it affter a year of used.

this phone is beter than nokia 3250 as sound quality voice plus internalmemory is more so guyz buy it :)

super awesome phone, very sweeet...
just its' control stick gives me some worries, because after 2 months it started to malfunction, does anyone knows reason for this. It is dust or something more frightening? :(

help help _(*)_ hi evetyone i bought this fone a month back. now its camera and walkman buttons are not working , i cant use the camera.battery doesn,t lasts more than 40 hrs in standby mode. got 1 gb memory but cant store more than 40 sms.can any ine help me with this.

i like everything about the phone but the sound quality leaves a lot of room for improvement... I wish it could play lossless format like lossless AAC // And the moment you turn on the walkman feature theres a hissing sound in the background and the music is accompanied by noise in the background.. And at low volumes (like late night listening) u got a lot of hissing sound in the background, thats a big turn off for this phone.. Sony!! are you listening??? Been using this phone for 10 months now..Just becoz of this phone I bought Senheisser CX300 in earplug, but I think I need to go for standalone MP3 Player, this walkman turned my ear down...

I bought this handphone 6 months ago.Everything going well except 4 the battery.My phone battery didn't even last 2 days on standby even when i'm not using it.That is far from the claimed 400 hours of standby time.
I complained this to the distributor in my are and they gladly change my battery FOC, but still the new battery won't last more tha 2 days.
I need to know if there is someone who have the same problem with me.

SE W800 is a very cool handset but if u compare it to Nokia 5500 sport handset than 5500 is quite heavier than it.

I like sonyericsson phones but there is one thing that i dont like about them...u can not lock your private informations as compared to motorola phone,which u can lock your aplications..I want sonyericsson company to do something about lock aplication..

Saeed, use Frostwire and search for W800i themes, you'll find loads on there, then connect your mobile to your PC and drag an drop the themes into the Themes Folder what your PC see's as a Removable Drive.
