this phone is off the heezy.. ive had it for like 6 months and its a sick ass phone.. everyone is always asking me about it.. and when i go to the cingular store.. they always ask me about it lol

Ade i have tons of 3d games if you want any add me in msn jleosza@msn.com , i use to have an samsung ZV10 and i downloaded he 3d games for it but the games fit very well on w800, i have any game you imagine

I had a problem with the stick. Pressing down 99% of the time worked as pushing the button in as well and many things like that. My phone network replaced it with another w800i and since then its been working fine. I just had the factory reject >=/

Google "myphone explorer" its a file manager which is much better than the one that comes with the phone. You can even access the internal memory using it too (Its similar to the manager you install on ur pc only better)

NoMi, its your choise, i think that your cousin phone is a trouble apart cause all my friends that got one w800 everything works allright, check his firmware, here in brazil all phones cames with RIBC002 the newest firmware, so no mistakes on the software, w810 has no lens cover and the thing i hate the most no joystick, the rest is exatly thesame as the w800, the camera, the walkman player, the radio with RDS, and the rest of the sofwaret as well, but you know its your choise, but check your cousins firmware, dont forget about that, if is not the new one tell him to download the new one from sonyericsson.com there you can download the RIBC002, and the phone mistakes will be fixed, if more trouble happens add me in msn its jleosza@msn.com

Fred! We have selected both option in camera settings. Phone memory and Memory stick but only got saved pics in phone memory. i dont knwo why? What abt W810i. W810i got EDGE features also.Only negative point is no lens cover. n i think thats not a big deal.

The songs sent by bluetooth to my phone are stored in the walkman player maybe your cousin w800 is the old firmware one, pics they are saved in pictures, in the camera setting you have to select either to save the pcstures in the memory stick or in the phone memory.

My cousin got W800i & he got problems with his fone from very first day.He send songs,pictures,ringtones etc etc through bluetooth to every other fones but didn't get songs etc from other fones through bluetooth. It said memory is full delet one or more file. but when when we checked the memory we got alot of memory.My cousin got one more problem too n that is when we takes pics it wouldn't save in memory stick.why?Now plz help me coz I really love the shape n color of W800i n I do wanna buy this fone. otherwise I will go for W810i.

Man, I borrowed this phone from my brother, and it is crap! Froze all the time. I had to turn it on/off about 3 times before I could make a call.

hi guys, i have just upgraded the software of my phone sucessfully. the latest firmware is R1BC002. its very simple, just got the sonyericsson website downloading the update service software, and install it in your PC. then click on the installed tool and follow the instructions. you will get it. i am not sure how good the new software is. still testing....

NoMi the GSM Arena cutted a part of my opinion, go to teh shop turn on the phone and with the joystick do this > * < < * < press the 1° option than the 2° one wich is written software info, and see the camera version if its 4.5 its OK!!! and if you want to see the firmware version its the 1° thing written in the sofware info my firmware is the newest RIBC002, if the phone in the store doesnt come with it you can download the firmware from the SE web site by SEUS.

NoMi, about the company software i found no problem my w800i came with RIBC002, the newest one for the w800i model, do one thing go to the shop that you saw, turn on the phone and with the joystick do this (>*

the phone speed is as slow as it coud be .

rahul, if you want a music phone and the best camera phone in the market for sure go for the w800i, w800i WALKMAN player RULES, the earphone is very loud, and the camera totaly rules, but if you want to go for an 3g phone go for the n70, but remember the music player of n70 sucks and its camera has no autofocus, check the comparisson between n70 x d750 (its camera is thesame as the one in w800i and k750i) http://www.gsmarena.com/2mp_test_6280_n70_d750-review-70.php , but you know its your choise...
