felixandy- this is a tough choice. but at least these 2 phones are easily comparible. i think that u should look at what your image is. business, or more free and sporty. not that i am saying anything about the n92. unlike the n80,n90 and n91 here is finally a phone from nokia that can actually be compaared to the w900. Just look at what you want in the phone, and what you want out of it. the phone that most closely matches that is the phone for you
bummer-unfortunately for u the phone does not ssupport 850. but if u wait a short while SE will be releasing another version of this phone, if not a new version of this phone for you in the US areas. for instance look at the w550 and w600, as well as the s700 and s710a. dont worry your turn will come soon. ust be patient and everything will be ok.
this hp is nice , but i dunno wat should i buy , either S.E W900i or Nokia N92 , huH~ someone give some opinian can ?
N92-FIrst TV programme in the World
This two is really hard ~ i hope to hav tat two , lol , but no money , hahha , some one reply this msg after reading my comment ok ? thanks
You think beings it has everything else that it would have 850mhz. Now i will seriously have to think about paying that much for a phone.
i was thinking of waiting for the nokia N80 but i just found out that
1- Battery life is not good or Average
2- No Dual Speakers
3- No Camera Auto Focus
4- No Camera Optical Zoom (only Digital Zoom)
5- Digital Zoom is only for Pictures and not for Video
6- Picture Editor available only and no Video Editor
7- Video fram/Second is only 15 at 352x288 and not 30 frames/second
8- Camera is exposed and not covered (can get dirty)
9-Standard Camra Lens and not the good "Carl Zeiss"
10- No "TV out" to see pictures/video taken on TV (like in Samsung D600)
11- no built-in hands free
12- no PDF viewer
13- Mobiles looks small but in fact its THICK
14- no 3.5mm audio Jack
15- Alarm is not repeatable
16- Keypad not friendly according to one of the reviews
17- chargable through USB ? (yes or no !!)
So thats really weird these things are true right, i should buy this phone then right??
to all- the phonebooks problem is not such a big issue. if you have a problem like viperkid talked about then you can simply systematically arrange your numbers in groups.
either by spreading it like ken1 with the first group of numbers, then ken2 with the secondary contact numbers and so forth.
or you can arrange so that all the office numbers are under on name, all the home in another, and so forth.
using either of these methods will simplify finding the number that you are looking for.
i agree with you. that's why i sold my stupid other phone K700i before cuz its phonebook cannot save multiple numbers of the same field (e.g. more than 1 office no., home no., et al) unlike with other phones! what you can do best to solve this ridiculous problem is to save additional office nos. into the home, other, mobile & fax# fields, hence when you search the phonebook for a particular contact no. in a name, you have to guess which is which or sometimes make a guess which of em is the real office no or home or other or mobile number! and how you read messages on some SE phones are not that really great neither u know, u have to press the more softkey or down cursor many times especially when reading long messages.. hope this model allows SIM & phonebook memory to be shown at the same time. SE should really improve on their phone features, i think this is their weakness! but of course SE has great multimedia features on their phones also battery life!
ok has n e 1 been on d n80 forum recently sum fool is talkin about d new "n100" wich wil be out "next year", iv u wona gud laugh read d post (invincible iz d name) and read his specifications 4 his phantom fone
I was happy to own the S700i , but I'm dissapointed now from the W900i which would be an extention to the S700i , I thought they would make better "phone book" , I can't store more than 5 numbers for each contact , for example some companies has mroe than 10 office numbers rather than faxes and others ! Beside I thought they would make AutoDial feature for busy numbers so it would try the other number.
I think you got what I mean SonyEricsson fans and developers !
No Name -
You talking about the P860? I wouldn't hold your breath on that one. It was announced a long time ago and won't be released for a long time to come. Unfortunately, Samsung seem to be taking marketing tips from Nokia and announcing phones way, way ahead of releasing them, just to give out an impression they're ahead of the market and get people drooling. Like I say, don't hold your breath for the 5mp samsung.
Bad thing of this phone is it does not have lens protector.. & only 1 torch lol .. w800 got 2 of em.. i think
come on!!! without comparing the specific details... u can't compare a 2 MP phone with a 3MP one... N80 is really honestly AWESOME
for me ? what i'll do is that ill buy the w900 first (that's for sure)...and when the N80 will be released i'll wait some time till the price of the N80 becomes acceptable...and i'll think about buying it...if i was bored of the w900 ... dunno
and maybe from now till the N80 will be released... nokia will maybe announce a 4 megapixel camera phone :) :) :)
as far as we no Mokh it dose, i tink sriker posted d answer 2 dat 3.5mm jack topic b4
