very very beautiful design all most every thing is ok poor point 11.7 mm it should be min.thick 13 to 15 mm & weak point it should be f.m recording in future i advice co.these design is very very fantastic other model you should be use the design thanks 09810866124 delhi india

As a music fan I'm confused which one to choise, w980 or this oneIf you're really see in that full 8 gigs of memory a place to store your music the W980 might be a better choice since on-board memory is much faster to browse thorugh.
I personally don't like the walkman player at all though but since I keep phone in the pouch and fiddle with the wireless headset I don't mind having it around.
If you're have tons of songs you should always go on internal memory in my opnion like the iphone, the diamond, omnia, w960 and w980.

I don't think this one could replace a K850 that well because the K850 is probably much nicer to use with the touch keys on the screen and the auto image flipping as you turn the phone and of course the incrediable flash that can actually take good pictures in the dark.
If you got an K850 and you love it my advise is that you're better off waiting a bit for the next batch of more powerful SE phones like the C905.

Woah this I didn't know, from phonearena.com: "It also adds some extra options compared to previous models with the ShakeMe function...besides for changing the current track, it can also be used to control the volume. thanks direwolf..VGA solution is better than QVGA solution...but SE has QVGA solution only..but Nokia N95,N82 has VGA solution..am little bit dissappointment coz am SE fan...

Yeah the phone always comes with the SE branded hands-free with headphones and the usb cable included.
I'm still happy with my W880i, but this makes it harder to hold on to.

i really want the wi-fi on the phone b/c i dont own a laptop. so then i can use the internet on my phone. overall the specifications really make me want to wait and buy the phone. and does anyone know if it comes with the earphones in the pic?

comparing to k850, this phone have some walkman features! like SenseMe and ShakeControl, and 8GB! and also it's thin & light! 11.7mm of thickness sounds great!

what about the price? it seems very high considering what it has....its almost usd900, out of thought to buy....anyway thanks to se for launching such a cell after a long time which makes some one thionk twice....i wish i could by one se w902

luis, 31 Jul 2008That's right pal, It'll be hard to see softwares differences with your K850 and even hardware ... moreI'm not sure about the difference between the W902 or the K850 but you need to learn more about SE phones.
Sony does have an 3.5 jack, if you know where to look, and it comes with a USB cord for the phone....so you dont have to go to Wal-mart and buy one.

As far as the sound chip...LOL!...every Walkman phone I have had was wonderful sound, and I dont care if it had a chip or not, they are great music phones!!
