hi, see when you close the fone, the mp3 player comes up and the press a button at the side and it brings up just the network and time, a wee small version of the main screen. is there anyway to stop the mp3 player coming up and just close it and have the main screen appear if ya get me??? wb aaassssaaap

I want to chang... morego to multimedia folder and switch any flash file for the ones there but mind that there's only the radio and the player disp files, the main external disp file must be somewhere else

vik, 09 Feb 2009ya u r right . it shows up when cypher is not provided by service provider .try the sim of service provider of better reputation of your country then i hope tht triangle with sign(!) will not appear. and note tht your phone is perfectly fine.enjoy the world of SONY!!!!

junglist , 02 Feb 2009when i close mine i got a weird logo come up in the top left corner its a warning triangle wit... moreI once got that Yellow warning triangle on my P800, I looked it up in the Z600 and it said that it means that the network doesn't support call cyphering... a week later it was gone.
On my phone it appears 10 seconds into any call; either made or received.

i also used to face low battery life with my w980, but i got it fixed , update your firmware to the latest availiable . then let the battery drain to zero and then recharge the battery again. it has worked for me and is giving a backup of atleast 4 days. and regarding nokia giving great backup. lolz to it. nokia doesnt give the sound clarity and the sound which a sony erricsson gives. the camera of any nokia phone bites dust compared to any sony phones(although this set doesnt have a great cam). Nokia's camera's although using Carl zeiss len's still stand nowhere to a non carl zeiss lensed sony phone camera. And any sony phone which uses Carl zeiss lenses outperforms nokia.

Alan, 13 Jan 2009This is my first SE,and it's worst phone ever,why?? Batery last max 2 days only talking,displ... morehalo..baterry life last 2 days s considering not bad,if u wan ur phone battery life 2 last any longer,i suggest u 2 buy nokia 3110 instead..it should suit ur need,indeed !!!

Hi all, I have a question. Are you able to zoom in camera mode with the image size set to 3.0/3.2 megapixels? I know with the T650 you can't.
