...Can someone tell me whether the image quality is good or not??
and how about the picture?? it has 256000 but nokia 16000000/./but i think is the only thing that maybe is not good in this mobile phone..can anyone who owns this mobile phone tell me his/her opinions??
I know this has a 3.5mm headphone Jack. Can somebody who owns this phone please tell me if it can take any 3.5mm headphones or just the official Sony Ericson ones. This would be appreciated. It's still a two horse race for me - the Nokia N86 or this one. I'm still considering either. I currently have a touch screen but crave buttons again.
Which shop is it selling in Brunei? seems to be expensive...better get online or some other place. will this phone lagg and how battery life?

David, London, UK, 04 Jun 2009Hi guys, I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I will opt for this phone or the Nokia N... moreYou came here, then you will be offered with the W995. Anyhow, without bias, go for the W995... you will get better battery life between each charge, a camera with image stabilization, build quality is solid with metal feel, UI is the well-known SE, Sony OS is stable, plus you'll have a Cybershot and the unmatched Sony's Walkman sound, etc.... the list is long, most of them are published. And it's a Sony, like.no.other.
Hi guys, I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I will opt for this phone or the Nokia N86 (which has 8 GIG internal memory). I've used an 8 GIG internal memory before (N95 8 GIG & N96 - Such internal memory doesn't slow these phones down) N86 is released in late July.
The N86 is uglier and has a lens protector. It also has an OS (Symbian). Does every phone need one. Both have 8 MP camara. I currently have a Nokia 5800 Touch Screen. Great phone but the Touch Screen thing isn't for me. I've had it since April. I will get my new phone soonest.
Comparing prices from UK online prices and converted into three major currencies.
Ericsson W995 is £375 - 427 Euros - $606 US Dollars
This price is from the UK Ericson website. Sim Free.
Nokia N86 Estimated cost when released is £328 - $530 US - 375 Euros.
Please justify in depth why I should opt for either. Please don't be shallow and say looks only.
Head to head
Anonymous, 29 May 2009i really hate 1 thing abt SE... all they have is 256K TFT screen which when played in full scr... moreWhat are you rumbling on about?
The phone's screen colour support has nothing to do with how the video turns out crap on your PC. It's to do with the resolution of your screen, which in almost all PC's nowadays are well over 1024*768 and that the res. for most lowly laptops when you think of the Desktops they are capable of even more 1280x1024 is now the bare minimum in most PC's.
So before you start blabbering and start start slagging Sony Ericsson or any other brand, THINK!
I'm not an SE fanboy by the way, I own 1 N-Series, 1 E-Series, 2 Sony Ericssons and an HTC.
THINK and THEN SPECULATE.
