ArcAzoresPT, 22 Nov 2012Thanks but that didn't work at all. Apparently that only works with rooted devices and no mat... moreYes, I also have this problem. I guess that 50 or 60mb is always required as free memory maybe for the phone to work. I could never get apps installed as much to fill up that free memory. I have gone up to 40mb free but the phone becomes very slow. And even though I had 40mb free, the phone started to say no memory available when I try to install some app even 1mb in size. So I gave up installing unwanted apps. Always shows 60 or 50mb free now but can't use any of that 50 or 60mb.
majid asadollahpour, 25 Nov 2012i want to buy an 8 megapixel se phone but as i dont have enough money i'm going to buy a se xp... moreBetter not buy Xperia X2, it is outdated. If you have less money, save that money, save some more and more and when you have enough money, buy a new phone. Buying an outdated model is like throwing away the money you have. And buy an android phone.
Anonymous, 24 Nov 2012hi i had this phone things like one year, this is good phone. It is good phone, I had it almost one year I never have any problem. I am verry happy with it.
i want to buy an 8 megapixel se phone but as i dont have enough money i'm going to buy a se xperia x2 which is an old one.the only reason i buy it is its camera which is 8 megapixel but i dont know if its as good as arc, neo, ray, pro or not.is there any one who honestly answers my question?thanks in advance.
awsome phone...size, shape, specs everything great, stylish, thin n weightless, easy to carry, very good battery life, what else, i have this phone for 2 months, its my laptop n i m loving it, truly a great phone from sony, thanks sony for making such a nice device
i've had this phone for more than a year now and it's good.
everything still works. i had it updated to ICS. now i'm using some custom rom.
the chrome just started to peel off which is ok if you take into account heavy daily usage, getting it out of the pocket, putting it back in and so forth.
it's a very balanced phone, fits me just like a glove.
the audio amplifier could have been more powerful.
the 4-pin jack standard it uses is annoying because you can't use some of the other headsets with mic. and you can't use the phone's headset with other devices.
the build quality is good. the casing has some small cracks but i don't find them disturbing in any way.
overall, it's a good device.
i'm thinking of switching to xperia V in the near future.
my sony ericsson arc didnt work correctly with my phone mobile transmit , i have no signal when authers had .
its great . i have sony ericsson xperia since 5 months , but now some problems happend , its contact with gsm so bad ,so i didnt use it now .
Thanks but that didn't work at all.
Apparently that only works with rooted devices and no matter what I do, I can't root mine so the app can only move to Sd the apps I already could within the native manager.
Lots of times I try to update some app and phone says it can not even though it has 50 or 60mb of free internal memory. Does anybody else have this problem?
its very good i have this mobile its mmmmmmaaaaaaa i like it very much
Greg, 10 Nov 2012Why would the amount of internal memory matter since Android 4 lets you put apps on the SD card?It is obvious you don't have any android phone, and not surely an Arc.
I don't care much about internal memory but in fact it is a bit short on the Arc.
Android 4 as all androids ate least after 2.3 Gingerbread (which was the first one I used) let you install apps into the SD card. That is not the problem. The problem is that not all apps can be stored on sd card even on android ICS 4.0.4
That is why it would be important to have a bit more internal memory.
