goahead, 16 Apr 2011Hello, I have a question for those who own the Arc and who also owned the X10 or still own ... moreI have both phones, but the xperia x10 is slightly better in bettery life. Thats because 2.3 gingebread use so many applications. Download a task killer to remove applications that runs at the start uo and afterwards it would last up to 18 hrs with heavy use.
[deleted post]Do you have any idea of what you just said about SE. Samsung provides this.. provides that...has this...has that...whats the point if all this is not functioning to the users expectation(and has a long history of critics from users).
Well Sony might not have many features comparing to Nokia and Samsung but what it has is and always have been to the expectation of user (as punch line says "make.believe" not like a lost humming bird flying around). And the term copying...Are you seriously out of your mind. All Samsung has did is cut and paste the mobile body and software eg: SG2 copy of Iphone4. And you call this a marketing strategy.
Well What I think right now is....Samsung is lost in
woods and dont know what to produce or what the customer wants.
And if this blog hurts you and your brand, well then I suggest you better not step foot in the SE area.
NB:- Trust me dear, the ratings are not taken on number of models produced in a year (Nokia & Samsung)
i am using this phone cam is gr8 and evn vdo recording is mind blowin the only thing which made me unhappy is the FM radio interface and not appealing
[deleted post]Doesn't own something but admiring it = fine.
Doesn't own something but hate it = PATHETIC. And we simply call it hater.
At the very least, I can think that way.
Do you own Arc, Ryan? As far as I know to those who own Arc, they are very pleased with their purchase.
I'm really doubting you own Arc, ergo your hate comments are pathetic.
I Dont understand how this phone already has a 9.1 for Design , 9.0 features , 8.9 performance when 97% of the people that rated it dont even own it... Im certain the ratings will drop when people actually own it.
this is the great device 3 times better then xperia x10.....................
Anonymous, 16 Apr 2011Should I get the silver or the black one? pls help.. Get the (hi-ho) Silver...
Hey everyone, recently bought my arc it really awesome no doubt extremely outstanding in design, picture quality, application everything but the point which make me sad and angry is its battery backup, i don't know what SE thought of putting such a fucking battery in dis ph really v'bad battery backup, if someone has found something to get out of this crises please help, done all the basic level setting like lowering the screen brightness, stopping wireless/GPRS when not using, unchecked bravia engine too but didn't work. PLZ HELP !!!!
Please ARC users guide me which color is cool/sexy from back of this phone (for boy)? I am using black color SE Vivaz Pro now!
I have a question for those who own the Arc and who also owned the X10 or still own that device: how is the battery life on the Arc compared to the X10i? Is it better or worst? I'd appreciate a clear and honest answer.
Siebatrone, 15 Apr 2011I thinks it is very essential to have a video call camera with 3G, since it is the most entert... moreI have no problems with phone without front cam.
For my country, i have only seen a few people using video calls & its weird to be talking to your phone in that way.
The worst scene is a guy holding his galaxy tab to his ear & talking to it.
[deleted post]Fyi, the amoled screen or 'super amoled plus' whatever promotion name is a tech still in development.
You might get a burnt screen within a year or so, so much for the better contrast/vivid colors.
Try to get this phone before bashing, or your comments are just biased.
[deleted post]Ryan, stop trolling. You probably dont own this phone & does not have sufficient experiences with it to start bashing it.
I own it for a month & it is good for everyday uses.
I bought my xperia arc just a week ago n i must say Really, SONY ERICSSON MAKE.BELIEVE ...:)

Siebatrone, 15 Apr 2011I thinks it is very essential to have a video call camera with 3G, since it is the most entert... moreAs far as I know that in India and the nearby countries 3G networks are just coming, it was similar to my country in 2007 when 3G was promoted by our carriers as video call era, whereas we could enjoy video call trial for about 3 months at the same rate with voice call, but even with this promoting tariff those providers noted that video call wouldn't come to be the main feature of 3G network. Most people took the advantages of 3G mainly for high speed data transfering and live video streaming.
Perhaps SE has also noticed this phenomena, so when they decided to make a slim proportion phone such as arc, with no reluctance omitting the secondary camera, however they provide it onto other phone design like neo.
