[deleted post]SE always telling you the amount of capacity you could use, others told you total amount they had, not the amount available for user. Take the cedar as example, all we know that it has 280 mb, but not many of us noticed its total storage capacity is 360+ mb. Not to mention in terms of hardware optimisation... imagine (this was a true story) when something with 8/16 GB of internal storage, 512 RAM and 2 GB ROM - but failed to guide you with its gps?
Anonymous, 24 Feb 2011To get longer battery life you should turn the bluetooth, wifi, data roaming and data traffic,... moreHere you are atlast, if you dont wanna reply, atleast let me know if you've red my comments or not :P
[deleted post]Everybody is entitled to their opinion. Any you go to the N8 to bash Nokia.
Xperia Arc is the best. Even though its not a dual core phone, but i can accept that. Dual core makes phone more expensive and less people will buy it. So, i think its a good move by SE. Design and performance are like the two faces of a coin. I need both of them. And SE make believe me.
[deleted post]To get longer battery life you should turn the bluetooth, wifi, data roaming and data traffic, gps satellites, auto-sync, 3g and gsm networks OFF (even when you need them) and pls check if the accelerometer sensor, proximity sensor, eCompass, light sensor and lie sensor are working properly on your device.
I have the information that SE will introduce 2 to 3 java phones soon similar to hazel and Elm .
maybe SE will not be technologocally as advanced in theor smart phones as some claim but their Java phones are the best in the market .
This phone will be available in Japan on 24 Mar.
Also available in another color - Sakura Pink
BIZARRE, 23 Feb 2011hello,does it have this phone alarm clock????I guess not , i havent used gingerbread but froyo... moreYour best bet would be to buy a feature phone. I would recommend this one if you can still find it.
SE ARC it is best style, best performance among single cores, best interface, best ergonomics, and in opinion reality display better than amoled!
hey guys, is this phone in stores yet ???
look here it says coming in 3 months !!
well I thought it was already released in 2010 last couple of months !!!!!!!
hey, is USB OTG is a matter of software stuff, or is it a hardware stuff? se should include this later if not now
phone guy, 23 Feb 2011I had a go on all 3 of the new handsets the other day and to be honest they are just like the ... morehey phone guy the gaming one is known as xperia play and it does not have reality display this shows how much time u spent with the phones
I had a go on all 3 of the new handsets the other day and to be honest they are just like the x10 the gaming one is good but the games are not good games they have some good features it has the technology of the bravia tv built into the screen so the screen quality is amazing
In the past Nokia and Sony Ericsson use to be my cellphone manufactures of choice but for the past 4 years I have been unable to find a reason to continue shopping for their products. The "Xperia Arc" looks like a great phone but it is at least a year behind. For god sakes we have dual core android smart-phones in the market. I would really love to get my hands on the "Arc" but it seems to me that this will be another epic failure. One thing SE has going for it is it's ear piece and speaker phone call quality and phone camera experience.
320 MB storage is pathetic it should be at least 1GB, I have a HTC desire with 200mg free for user to use & with everything that can be installed on sd card & I have 13mg free so 320MB is useless 1GB at least.
Arc, Neo, Pro or Play... which should I buy???
Arc, Neo & Pro almost d same...
but I rarely play games...
If Play come in 8MP... definitely choose Play!!!
