Hi Everyone,
I feel that most of the stock apps donot justify the true potential of this phone so here are some apps that I have tried out and liked!(All these apps can be downloaded off the market for free)
1) Launcher Pro: Alternate launcher. Very light and simple UI. High degree of Customisation is the biggest highlight.
2) MortPlayer Music: Most of us arrange music files using folders and the music app on this phone does not recognize folder structure. Enter MortPlayer.
3) APP2SD: Free up valuable internal memory by moving apps to the SD Card.
4) MyBackup: Prepare for the worst by keeping a backup of your user data(including messages, phone logs, dictionary, contacts etc.)
5) Whatsapp: Message all your friends(they just have to install whatsapp on their phone) for free. Photo, video and music sharing is a breeze with this app. Whatsapp is available for Blackberry, Nokia, Apple and WindowsMobile too. So recommend this to your friends.
6) Opera Mobile: This speedy little browser is very easy to use and flash videos load in a jiffy given a good internet speed.
7)Audio Manager: Hides all your personal/private files. You can't even find the files in your SD Card once hidden!
8)Juice Defender: Extend the battery Life with this app.
9)tTorrent: Download torrent files on your phone.
10) Call Meter NG: Keep a tab on your data usage, call durations, messaging etc.

pcmmcp, 20 Feb 2012Did you ever had any kind of problem with the internal memory? No, I have not had any issues in Internal memory.
Whenever my phone starts to lag, I go to "Settings->Applications->Running Services" and I stop all the un-needed applications.
Also, restart your phone at least once in 24 hours. This helps free up memory space.
I am planning to root my phone and flash Cyanogenmod7.
I will post my findings when I do that.

Ajmal Basheer, 20 Feb 2012Initially when I bought the phone I did not have that feature but after one of the updates it ... moreCool!
Had never noticed they re-shuffle and it is really a nice feature.
No real use for it, but it looks great!
AnonD-32381, 20 Feb 2012thanks Ajmal....for your reply... one another question from your point of view what is main d... moreSorry, Arc S has Qualcomm MSM8255T Snapdragon chipset and Arc has Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset.
AnonD-32381, 20 Feb 2012thanks Ajmal....for your reply... one another question from your point of view what is main d... moreI should've checked the specs before posting previous comment. Arc has Qualcomm MSM8255T Snapdragon Chipset but Arc has Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon. The difference is just the T at the end of the chipset name, don't know what it means. But UI is the same I guess. Try posting the same question in Arc S forum. Someone who owns Arc S would be able to answer that...
AnonD-32381, 20 Feb 2012thanks Ajmal....for your reply... one another question from your point of view what is main d... moreI have never checked the Arc S specs or seen one physically but I guess the only difference is in the 1.4Ghz processor. But I have read that the Arc also can be overclocked to 1.4Ghz. Arc S and Arc has the same processor.

one another question from your point of view what is main deference between Arc and Arc S in UI based
[deleted post]Initially when I bought the phone I did not have that feature but after one of the updates it started behaving like that. The widgets start floating around when we use pinch to zoom in home screen. When we shake the phone, the widgets reshuffle themselves. Cool feature!!!
