Sony always seem to have one blocker issue on every perceived-to-be-amazing product... Price used to be that blocker.. But now build quality is also being talked.. I thought the xperia mini pro would blend and shine as my next phone.. but wait.. ohh.. there seems to be lot of severe build quality issues being talked on Xperia mini pro. Cant these guys get everything right ? Or are the reviews wrong ? Can the owners of this phone help us with your say on quality ? GSMArena also left us in dark not reviewing the phone..
WehEwan, 06 Aug 2011uhmmm.... what is xmos sensor?.. i tried googling it but i only got result for cmos sensor... Exmor is Sony's backside illuminated CMOS sensor along with their proprietary algorithm to improve photography in severe low light.. they say even in candle light. In normal camera sensor, the light have to pass through metal wiring and other layers before falling on the photo diode of the sensor which severely decreases the brightness, however in backside illuminated technology the light directly falls on the photo diode and the metal wiring is on the other side. This also helps the overall sensor to become thin hence helps in making the phone size thinner. Apple standing up for perfection, is said to have teamed up for the successful Sony Exmor sensor in the next generation iphone and ipad
Hi, X10 mini pro was in news for having the highest radiation score. Any idea on the SAR value of xperia mini pro ? SE usually ships a SAR certificate document along in the box.

Serpentfroid, 04 Aug 2011What's the performance of xperia mini pro's battery ?
can it reach 2 days of work ? The battery performance is not that good, but its ok. To answer your questions I have been using it for past 3 days and I have charged it twice, with complete browsing and downloads and exploring android market.
So I expect the battery to last for 1 day or 1.5 days but not more than that.
