They said there is no decision made yet regarding it. Anyways, where did you inquire the price, i mean, which state? Please give in the details, if you don't mind. :)

xperia Xray, 18 Sep 2011guys am waiting for the ray,it is gonna release this week in my city.guys how is the battery l... moreThe battery easily lasts a whole day with heavy use. I spent most of the day (09:00-22:00)connected to WiFi, downloading apps, tethering and watching movies. All in all about six hours of hard use and the battery still had about 20 percent left. Also once the battery dips below 20 percent the phone slips into power save mode to prolong battery life.
TC, 22 Sep 2011They say that the screen is very unresponsive they even get frustrated because of the unrespon... moreMy screen hasnt any scratches on it and flash is one simple tap of the screen when in camera mode!! not a big inconvienience and just a matter of preference/wot ur used to. As for poor touch responce.......errr nope sorry!! absolutely perfect thanks very much!
Nevin, 22 Sep 2011Why not? They didn't mention anything bad, they even gave it an outstanding rate. As told ever... moreThey say that the screen is very unresponsive they even get frustrated because of the unresponsive screen "But in use, we found that issue with the screen's unresponsiveness kept rearing its head. We'd be tapping away and realise that keypresses hadn't registered and have to keep going back, which just got annoying after a while"!, and it does not have a camera-flash but only a led-light that the user have to turn on before taking picture or movie, and ray have problems/struggling with even as simple task as live wallpapers, and the screen is NOT scratch-resistant at all..., these are a few of the many problems with ray!
[deleted post]Why not? They didn't mention anything bad, they even gave it an outstanding rate. As told everywhere, it was mentioned typing is a pain, and there was a point made that the camera samples were not that 'great'.. , but it's not bad. So, an overall picture is that it's an above average phone. I don't see any factor to not buy this sexy sony ericsson. :)

xperia Xray, 21 Sep 2011hey aji, releasing date in kerala is 27th of this monh.Hey any idea whether all Kerala or just in Sony Stores ?
I got mine this morning, took the white version (black and white were the only choices in Belgium) for 349 euros.
The screen is fantastic. The sound is very loud and crisp. Photos are 'good'. The keyboard is small but when you are (quickly) used to it, it types very accurate. The only problem I have is with the abc/numbers key. It's very small.
Internet is also fast for 7 mbps.
[deleted post]Hey Bro, can you share to us what store here in the Philippines you bought your xperia ray? Is it an authorized store covered with a one year warranty from the authorized sony service center? I really love this phone and I'm still waiting the early realease of this unit. Thanks bro.
