joe, 31 May 2009hi all...
i'm seriously considering buying this phone (i'm fom europe, so i will not have to ... moreHi Buddy,
I have bought this phone. It did cost me a fortune (35 K INR) but I am very very very happy with it. The battery life is good (I am a heavy user - lots of calls, listening to songs and web-browsing - but still need to recharge only every second day), the display is fantastic. Some people have been complaining about the weight, but personally I believe the weight has a good feeling to it and gives the handset that extra sturdiness.
The only drawback - so far - is that the external speaker is not loud enough. All in all, I shall rate the Xperia a 9.5/10! A must have for SE fans and WM lovers.
PS: I have not tested the 3G features as 3G is yet to come to India!
i have one of my own...its awesome i really love it! my dream phone but only 1 comment...about its camera. when the subject is moving it cant capture clearly. note: if ur gna use its camera options, make sure your subject wont move or even breathe for at least 5 seconds.
This is real sony phone also they have done a greate job by using the wm6.1 because there regular flash ui doesnt give u that more options.....
Nima, 31 May 2009Hi there, I have a question VGA is better or QVGA ??? thanks.... vga is better qvga is old fashioned video recording tech cause in vga ull have more pixels and better resolution which means larger views on playback in your computer were in qvga is half a vga.

Anonymous, 31 May 2009is this handphone hard to use?
and how many color of this phone? two right? black and silver?Basically, wm6.1 is considered as hard to use by many people. However, you just need to get used to it and then you will definitely start liking it, considering, what not you can do with windows mobile.
Also you can put wm6.5(from xda), which is more user friendly, and a lot better.
Maybe when wm6.5 is officially released, SE might give an update to us users. Which would be great.
Nima, 31 May 2009Hi there, I have a question VGA is better or QVGA ??? thanks.... VGA(640*480) resolution is better.
i'm seriously considering buying this phone (i'm fom europe, so i will not have to pay a whole fortune for it)
My only concerns with this phone are with the sturdynes of the display and the battery...
So my questions goes to all actual owners of this phone:
1) how long does the battery last if you use it for a long time, running demanding applications?
2) does the display scratch easily; have you had any trouble with the display/touchscreen?
Thx for any help

On ur second issue I'm not sure, maybe u should type in ur regional co-ordinates or post ur question on xda-developers there u'll def get an answer cos that's a winmo issue and they're the best at winmo solutions. Good luck.
