Drama, 23 May 2009Hey bro, What do you mean SE Australia doesnt have the X1 listed so you can register it? T... moreThe sony ericsson website lets you register to get freebies for your phone. When I went to register my phone with my account they hadn't even updated the page with the X1 as an option. This isn't anything major, just surprising that's all.
I believe it depends on what you're using your phone for. I mean, obviously, if you don't do anything like use the internet, or have apps that are always on, or navigation, then yea, the battery will last longer. I use all that and more and my battery does last two days strong. It actually goes into a third but I usually just go ahead and charge it with 3 bars to go. So yea, it depends.
I just have a question which I haven't found a solution to as of yet; does anyone have a fix for the damn Xperia ring volume?!? The in call volume is perfect..well for me it is. But the ring volume is disappointing. I have it at max but it still sounds low. All in all, the phone is pretty good.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970I'll be honest, Xperia X1 is better for business because of so many apps, and because its so powerful in fact its just like an ultra portable laptop but if you are young and you like the touch than go for Iphone, the other phones are dump

Mobilemaster, 21 May 2009The X2 will be announced soon, now there are more Xperia devices on development, this year wil... moreUmm... no. Idou will have Symbian Foundation OS (which is far superior to any WinMo).
I'm glad both SE and Samsung decided to ditch WinMo this year with Idou and Omnia HD, while both of their predessors had WinMo...
Hi there, Could anyone comment on the Cell ID location tracking in Xperia X1? I tried to install Google Latitude on Xperia but the same isn't reflected on the Maps. Checked the link by google too http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=105928&topic=15483 But the same has no mention about Xperia in it.
Could some one comment on this?

james from malaysia, 22 May 2009i just wanna ask x1 if u using mp3 as a ringtone the volume will louder than p1i or notProbably not... the loudspeaker is pretty quiet. I've never used the other phone you mentioned though so I can't really compare.
WAQAS, 23 May 2009hey guys plz tell me honestly ..how is audio quality..plus is it loud enough to enjoy music...... moreAudio quality for the _earpiece_ is good.
From what I've experienced the loud speaker is not that good for playing MP3's loud. I've played everything from Classical to Heavy Metal. You'd be better off plugging the earphones on if you'd like to crank it up. This is what i do if i want to enjoy the music on the phone.
