Anonymous, 09 Dec 2008SEx1 is the Ultimate PPC on the market today...
Nokia can only dream to develop a phone like ... moreThere is only one los*r who keeps posting his crap over and over again, just ignore him ,everbody hates him thats why he is so much mentally fu*ked up, he is a low life and can't buy anything else than nokia 3310.
Xperia is indeed the best smart phone right now, nokia does'nt even come close, and thats what bothering nokia fanboys, they can't see anything THAT powerfull in nokia recent portfolio.

"Aside from the interactive panels and a couple of multimedia extras,... moreSEx1 is the Ultimate PPC on the market today...
Nokia can only dream to develop a phone like this...just look at the any of N series...they all have exactly the same user interface....plus they are made of cheap plastic that tears off after only few weeks of use...wtf.....now they are paying wannabe reviewers to give a negative evaluations about SEx1...it is soo low....but, nokia never played fair game....They are loosing numbers and they are trying to raise the numbers by making new freakin'N phone every week almost.
Any-Review.com: "The Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, the gadget is a perfect blend of world class functionalities and splendid looks..."
MobileTechReview was pleased with Xperia X1 and found the software innovative. With GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and a touch screen, their review unit is very fast by Windows Mobile standards, including graphics
Yahoo's Gadget Hound wrote that the XPERIA X1 "looks like a winner, give or take a few rough edges" for its beautiful construction, slippery keys, great connectivity and easy-to-use panels.
Laptop Magazine named the XPERIA X1 the Best SmartPhone of CTIA Wireless for premium design, extreme personalization, nine desktop operations, arc sliding design and 3.2 megapixel camera.
as for the CNET : Bonnie Cha at CNET wrote in her first impressions hands-on report, "the hardware is elegant and strong" and the QWERTY keyboard is spacious. she referred to the enhanced 6.1 Windows Operating System as cool and flashy.
there is 99.9% individuals here who are writing negative about x1 but they dont even have one....
any argue with them is just waste of our time....
This is first and last time for me to post on this forum....
SE X1 owners....BE PRUOUD...FOR YOU DEFINITELY HAVE A REASON TO BE.....
Great phone..been using it for a week, no sign of lagging, awesome screen, great build quality and very good battery compared to similar high end sets, if you like stylish and powerfull business phone just go for it. I suppose some nokia fanboys are posting rubbish about this phone but truly its an amzaing device, much better than omnia, definetely recommend it.
had mine 5 days and nowt wrong with signal or wifi..powerful piece of kit
Any one got yahoo go! to work on xperia yet cause its not available for mine but someone with it sim free may have..I think the next update will be a biggy and a lot of things sorted out and hopefully an upgrade to s/e own media centre with equaliser and more compatible file formats..When i say a lot of things sorted out i mean only a few tweaks to certain items which i am not saying about so crackpot bi-polar person cannot start complaining about themm..He has not got an xperia, he cant afford it..He relieves his frustration via putting down the product and he will self destruct in a few months,,Get Well soon mstl
Anonymous, 09 Dec 2008from the Cnet review: "Aside from the interactive panels and a couple of multimedia extras,... morenahhh...Xperia is still the best phone ever made to date...and Nokia remains a plastic toy...you're just jealous cos you can only afford Chinese cell phone... :)
from the Cnet review:
"Aside from the interactive panels and a couple of multimedia extras, Xperia X1 is very much like other Windows Mobile 6.1 devices and the aforementioned features don't seem to justify spending the extra dough."
read... "very much like other window mobile 6.1 device"
At $799, it is just not worth it˝
It has a breath-taking design and look, but I will never think about it as long as it is a Windows Mobile based phone.
Anonymous, 09 Dec 2008There are some widely reported problems with the X1: (yes, some of you may got a perfect unit... moreNothing is perfect (if gods exist,he is perfect) but all the rest that we can see or touch or smell or etc... isn't perfect!
C'mon GSMArena make a review from this and also put that it has a graphics accelerator chip made by ATI,as phonearena have said (no from who it was made, but other information says its from ATI)
There are some widely reported problems with the X1:
(yes, some of you may got a perfect unit , but not every body - please understand that ;)
1: Reception problems
2: Wifi problems
3: battery weak (probably due to RAM leakage)
4: case cracks
Manufacturing error /lack of QA
5:Software crash / needed hard reset
6: incompatibility with application
due to screen resolution
7: unit gets hot
8: low speaker volume
Not all units have all of these but one or two of these is enough to get the user dissatisfied with the X1.
But, if you are who do not care, or happened to have a perfect unit ;)
- this post is not for you!
Do not get worked-up :))))
SE - Nokia - HTC - Siemens - Samsung - LG....had them all....been the last 9months with HTC Touch Cruise WM and I find Windows Mobile great for business persons....I can issue quotations on my mobile and print it via bluetooth straight on the clients printer...keep specific folders with photos to show the clients...and much more..I can't wait to get my hands on Xperia...Seen the HTc Touch PRo again today but after a month of reviews and videos I think Xperia is definately better then Touch Pro, even the build quality is much better. Touch pro screen wobbles a lot, not to mention the resolution on the Xperia X1 and the fact it can be personalised with different panels, and that is a sure bonus for someone like me that changes my mobile every 6-9months...The Xperia is going to give me more xperiances with different panels and more will be available in the future for sure...
Anonymous, 01 Jan 197016M Colours = Marketing gimmick by Nokia lol and battery drainer
65K = Economical and natural
and Oh Yeah LOL!
Xperia X1 is free with contracts anyway! it depends on the CONTRACT TARIFF!
Its not Free Free, its all dependant on the contract tariff!!!!!!!
Anonymous, 09 Dec 2008Dani thanks for your opinion - we respect it! :)
Of course, people who makes comments about... moreWho cares if it sells more!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I LIKE WHAT I LIKE!, and i LOVE the Xperia! and Love the Xperia X1.
I Hate Nokia's becuase they are cheaply made and i HATE the Symbian user-interface.
Xperia X1 is a total ultimate phone! the best there is!
X1 is so great that it is given away for FREE!!! with contract!
JUst think about it:
How cheap has to be that it worth the provider to give it away FREE!!!
I think the provider gets it less than 250-300 USD!!!
otherwise there is no way since the contract is not too expensive.
BTW: Iphone etc. is out much longer and it is still not offered for FREE.
Think about it:
You pay/paid for a phone 800-900 USD (just very very recently) which is free or sold for 200 USD.
Hmmm. get it? :)))))
Dani thanks for your opinion - we respect it! :)
Of course, people who makes comments about the X1 obviously bought the phone. (many also returned it)
The fact is Dani most people disagree with you, but do not worry just try to understand it.
Symbian outsells WM 5:1 in general.
As far as Smarphones, SE can not even make the list.
Of course, there are some okay WM phones: HTC HD is doing pretty well.
Omnia sells good too.
I sincerely hope SE finally start making some decent phones. WE need higher level of competition.
Adiel...let them say what they want about X1, if what they are saying is the truth, that only a few people are buy X1, it means that we are only few with great minds and intellegent....let them say what they want...in the mean us X1 intellegent people continue enjoying a fantastic phone......GO SE
