Good luck with your HTC and leave us who'd rather wait for the X1 alone. I'd rather wait for a fully tested and improved product than to get it early with all the problems. If Sony is delaying the release date to make this cellphone worth every penny so be it, I'll wait...

SE has al... morei know what you feel...x1 was announced in february, SE just tried to tell you what the x1 look like and not about release date and there was agreement between SE and HTC,SE must announce their phone first and then HTC Diamond after..HTC knew that x1 is great phone so if SE release x1 before HTC diamond, HTC is not confident of Diamond sales so SE lets htc released diamond at first...But HTC was not satisfied of Diamond sales in the market then they tried again to make some phones to handle real power of X1 like touch pro, touch HD but still cant reach the real x1 power, it means only SE insider know how amazing the real x1 is..SE is not too focus about sales but SE try so hard to make inovative phones to fullfil what you need, if you need something remember there is x1 but if you dont so we dont push you to buy x1..the x1 power is about your need,it is not about high end or higher tecnology but we think about effeciency of tecnology it self.We dont let you waste your money for tecnology that cant enjoyed at real quality like VGA video and 5MP camera at QVGA resolution screen..we help you to make it real with WVGA resolution screen and until now SE still increase the x1 power just for you,one of them is 384MB RAM.sorry to make you wait this phone for so long.

Hmm, i don't think you guys should wait for X1 anymore..
It rather a disappoinment that sony doesn't have commitment about the release date..
I already bought HTC Touch Pro myself cause i'm REALLLLYYYY SICK! waiting for this X1 to released..
Beside the specs aren't different so much than htc touch pro..
You guys should consider that..

It can take up to 32 GB although currently 16 GB is the largest microSD in the market. Not bad I guess. Compared to Blackberry Bold, which one would you guys take? X1 or Bold?

SE has already made a mistake by not launching it as soon as possible after its prototype launching. So that, its spec would be not so up-to-date, except its unique arc slider. What is worse, the market price may be drop soon after its first launching.

with our respect pls dont complain this phone before the original X1 released at store..there is no original x1 out there because SE still increase the X1 before the date.No body knows how and what is the original x1 is..we have many features to make you suprised and satisfied. Dont worry about how fast the x1 is because x1 is very fast..if there is someone tell you about this phone as if they knew everything about original x1 so dont believe those guys or maybe they just saw the prototype x1 quality.To imagine how amazing the original x1 is..think why HTC make many phones for this year after HTC touch Diamond...

Dont buy x1 before the official date (30 sept) because it's prototype and there is no original x1 at store right now.

seriously ppl, stop asking when it comes out, would you rather get a phone thats half as good as it can be, or as good as it can get?, everyone is waiting, and because ppl show their antipaction only shows how great this phone really is. and also stupid nokia fans, get over it, nokia needs a touch screen phone along with a qwerty keyboard before its fans can claim how great nokia is. as far as i know, there isnt a white paper to match the x1 along with its features, and seriously, stop posting stupid things like oh se just lost a customer, to be honest nobody cares

this weeks click programme on bbc news 24 has the xperia on plus lg renoir and htc g1 first android fone,,,anyways the screen on xperia does not look so bright but the fact its shown a bit sideways on and on tele plus it might not be on full brightness has to be taken into consideration..The android fone does look very crisp however all devices were not as responsive as expected to reviewer(spencer kelly)but it looked ok to me???
I have been round the forum checking n96,,n79,,n85 plus inno8 and others just to check wats on offer because sometimes i get carried away with one device wen others are on the way...The only 2 that stand out really if i do not renew contract and just go sim free/prepay are nokia e90 or tytan 11 but none will take 16gb card ive just bought??? Lets see what reviews start pouring in in few days time on all sites..I bet i end up with xperia i just know it but its got to prove itself after the p990i fiasco

Sherry, 26 Sep 2008i got my X1 guys.... i have no words to express.. price 1100 US approx.... awsome phone ppl....Really is the X1 finally out? i just cannot wait to get my hands one. and @ $1100, thats pretty high... sherry do u think there and minor changes madem considering how long it took to come out.
