China's clone of the Xperia 'The SongLive X1' is selling for only US$145 it has an uncanny resemblance to the SE Xperia X1 including a slide and tilt display, QWERTY keyboard plus TV chip and dual SIM card slots but beware because it falls well short of the Xperia x1.
another question>what about the transfer speed of this kind of memory card?i used to transfer a 150Mb file in less than a min on my late W950i!but that was internal memory!
what about this one on a USB2 port?
And does the X1 come with any memory(included)i don`t know how any one
Thanks in advance-->
its ironic how i've waited for this phone since february.. and now i dont want it anymore because of the high price

Anyone getting an Xperia should check out XperiaX1.net. A nice little community for the X1!

Othervise you are alway inside some application, wheater this will be panel or any other application you will start from panel. And one more thing, you realy can't make windows like Symbian, cause Symbian stile is minimalistic, that is why you like it, but if you do that, than you miss a loot of features, settings, etx.
So it is your decision many features or simple phone? If you just call,camera,browse,that Symbian is for you. But if you use remote desktop, MSN Messnger, and LAN and such things, than you need WM, i use those thing and Symbian makes me very limited...

With windows fones before such as all the spv range and the voda treo 500v i am trying at moment its more professional and you can get more into the goings on of the operating system,,but as yet if it was not for s/e own mp3 player i would have second thoughts as the wm player has been bad since day one with no equaliser,, bass boost etc or skins out of the box ..and widows cameras/video is always below par so this device appeals to me so much more..The treo is only smartfone version but getting more out of it than symbian but one question is nagging me and that if normal java fones up the ram and proccessor they can do a fair bit these days with push email,,voip,,IM,,yahho beta 3,,google maps,,gps,,etc so are the boundries getting closer??????
listen guys i really like this phone i like the whole pannel interface and all but the only thing thats stoppin me from buyin this phone is its operating system.windows mbile i mean its laggy the graphical interface of the menu is so ages ago i mean sony should have gon with sysmbian like nokia..i need somebody to convince me that this phone is worth buyin cuz wen i think aboutthe os it just pulls me further away from this neat lookin phone

hussein, 14 Sep 2008i am 43 years of age,i am wondering if i can buy this phone befor i die?Hello Hussian dont worry if you die before it is launced then we will bury one X1 next to your grave too. Try come out late night when no ones watching you and use X1 !!!
16m colors, is not a very important feature. I've compared my w910 256k colors to n95, and found it equal or even better! And with the x1 screen resolution, 65k color is really good. And it's not 256k for battery life and/or the VGA.

i've just watch a demo on youtube,the user interface,menus,slide shows ,window pop ups etc very nice.i like specially the fishes window (great idea and what other surprises this phone have inside..???),...where u place your finger on the display the fishes came towards it,and they change colors,depending on the status & profile of the device.....well done SE. X1 really better than the i-phone,can't wait 4 this phone , though it has only 65 K and only 3 mp cam .i want it 4 its huge display to view my favorite pics and to watch movies ,all in one.
