JM_SA, 02 Sep 2008at last, it seems the release date is a reality. just hope your info is correct. i cant wait.i can assure you my info is correct...i work for o2...these are future phones we wil be releasing...however no idea of when nokia n96 will be released...but guaranteed no delay with x1....but after manchester city's signing of robinho anything is posible...

I think X1 is the best looking phone on earth with tons of features. I want keyboard less version, so it can be thinner.
HTC Touch Diamond
- small and thin but the screen is too small
- no 3.5 audio jack
- no card slot
- terrible back cover design
- it can be a bit thicker for a larger battery (currently, battery life is terrible)
HTC Touch Pro
- good size but a bit thick
- I don't want to see left-sided screen when I use the keyboard. The screen should be in the middle like X1
- no 3.5 audio jack

SAMSUNG i900
- A good size phone and screen
- but low resolution screen and sunlight reflection problem
- no 3.5 audio jack
- no standard mini-usb data cable
- everything else perfect

- sub-standard phone features
- only massive storage, safari and the screen seem awesome, anything else useless

hey i visited my t-mobile retailer and they always have every single sony ericsson like ever and the guy said theyd have it in their store by september! im suuuuper stoked cause my contract ends in mid october and ill be able to have it!! YESSSSS

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970their is this "S" shaped glofish diamond encrusted thing that sold for about £675,000,,and was on uk gadget show..the bottom bit hides a secret snap off compartment for hiding earings etc,,its got snakeskin back..The chap who bought got a certificate off guiness book of records for worlds most expensive phone..
IF you are serious about blinging up your fone "which i do not think you are" carfone and other places do blingy crystals that stick to your fone to your own design altho pulling it in and out of your pocket is awkward as the crystals snag your pants and grip to them..

People have patience... The phone will come out soon & u will be able to enjoy its full features. There's alot that contributes to set backs & delays... You just have to be patience, lookk at all the stuff they packing in that device? Give them time, first products comes with glithes anyway so u had complain if u had it now too... Soo betta to wait let them work on it to have less problems to the user

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970John, you have to work for NSA in order to have the right to get the most advanced one. Otherwise just employ a good jeweler to make for you a customized phone case from platinum with diamonds that fits over the electronics of a regular Chinese cell phone.

I visited a Vodafone store a few days ago, to enquire about its release. The X1 is on their computers and scheduled for mid October. She also divulged that the phone will most likely be free on a £35+ contract for 18 months. Though I wouldn’t get your hopes up in regards to the tariffs available, being the Christmas period they will use the phone alone to shift units. So if you’re going with Vodafone, it’s very likely you’ll get poor minutes and texts for your money.

got voda uk september catalogue and they are taking pre-orders for release of n96,,lets hope that octobers issue they are taking pre-orders for xperia,,in fact i have already registered interest in xperia on vodas site and will get sent email as soon as its released..

its 1 of the wonderful mobile phone 1 can ever think of, the best part is tht ehn u watch bf in full scren, that gives u awesome feeling whhoooooo.....so girls be aware.
