I love the phone... I got it as a present ... moreOhh...same problems as mine..
like the easy peeling off of the color..
and the keyboard and some applications..:)

i think this is a sick phone, when i got the news of it i said k-850i take a chill although i loved my 5mp absolutely an awesome piece of business the new x-10 has taken it to a whole new level. truly a new life" xperience " get the jist

Yes after changing ROM the panels are still there.

we have a little problem to instal proper arabizer for this product and lack of games that match with its resolution (800*480)
its a fantastic phone and with its toch focus you can take photos that non of nokia can take such a picture
you can find poor speaker quality and its not like any walkman series to manage your songs , its a little messy.
great sudoku great headphone quality that makes you shake your head in light musics!

just got x1 and i really love it!
just need help in modding it and flashing rom.
my x1 cant connect to my pc thru usb, im using windows 7 on my pc. does anyone here knows where to download usb driver for x1? coz i need to hard spl my x1 before flashing rom.
and another question, if i flash x1 w/ a different rom and htc ui, will i still have the x panels or no?

I love the phone... I got it as a present ... more1. You can use autofocus that makes great no-blurry pictures.
2. Since Xperia is winmo its different from java based phones like w810, there are many themes for xperia but not as many as the java based phones have. But there are great softwares like winterface, wisbar desktop, spb mobile shell for complete customization for the phone. Then comes the modding, I am currently using windows 6.5 with manilla 2.1 and the whole look of the phone is completey changed.
3. There are many on-screen keyboards available for xperia. The best one are XT9 keyboard which I am currently using and I have NEVER opened my qwerty keyboard for typing msgs. Then there is Swype, and its one unique keyboard where u don't have to type anything, you just click on the first letter drag to the second letter then to third and so on and then release stylus at the last letter of whatever you want to write and the whole word is typed.

There are lots of and I mean LOTS of things available for xperia, you just have to find them.

Vishal. I've been using this phone for almost a year. Comparing to it the s60 os. Which i have i n85. It depends on you. If your a type whose interested in tweaking. Moding. Then go for x1. On the other hand. If not. Go for e72 instead of e71. It has a great design and promising specs for S60 os. But in any way. They're both smartphones. Either decision are good though.
