I knew all of that. I also know that this is the best phone just because SE (japanes) creates it.
Nokia are an old mode. SE RULE

Many businesspeople swear by their BlackBerry devices and can’t imagine their corporate lifestyle without one of those handhelds at all times. Little do they realize that there are so many other options in the marketplace that can be just as, if not more effective! There’s a good chance that your work computer is running on Windows and that’s why a Windows Mobile smartphone could be a very viable option for not only staying connected to the office, but being able to complete several tasks while on the road.
One of the latest Windows Mobile handsets to get announced is the highly attractive and powerful Sony XPERIA X1. Powered by Windows Mobile 6, the Sony XPERIA X1 is actually not manufactured by Sony. This is because Sony Ericsson smartphones have, up until now, been powered by the Symbian operating system. For the XPERIA X1, they turned to the expertise of High-Tech Computer (HTC) of Taiwan, a firm that builds WM phones for a number of other companies, including AT&T, T-Mobile, i-mate, Dopod, Qtek, and more. They know their way around Windows Mobile.
Key features on the Sony XPERIA X1 include a large 3-inch WVGA touchscreen display, 3.2 megapixel camera with photo light, stereo Bluetooth, aGPS, WiFi, microSD expansion, quad-band GSM/EDGE, quad-band UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, and a full QWERTY keyboard for ease of text entry. This is a great handheld if you enjoy devices like the AT&T Tilt. The Sony XPERIA X1 is unique in that it offers all of the AT&T Tilt but also manages to cram in blistering multimedia capabilities.

well obv the xperia is better than the e90.

but the only reason this is better is ebcause of HTC's involvement.

look at all the other SE smartphones, hahaha!

hey guys...high rank of market sales it doesn't mean the phone has good quality...although there is a phone with high quality but it's the past and now xperia will come out in the market and has higher devices qualities than the previous phones...amount of sales dont influence me to buy xperia because in fact, xperia has high quality the the others right now

Anonymous, 02 Jun 2008 these are the FACTS!!!!! Official data!!! Market share for 2008 Q1: 1: ****a has about... moreYou forgot to mention Apple.

So, check this: In less than a year Apple gained 27% of the market share...with one phone! And, they have over 70% of the Internet browsing already. To check my facts, go to apple.com

I had the SE P910i. With most Sony phones, they change too quickly, and they don't maintain support. So, as I posted earlier, I'd imagine the XPERIA X1 to be no different. It's a matter of looking at how Sony has performed in the past.

I've had several Sony Phones. There is always an issue, and generally with the Network or when roaming onto a different provider. Also, sometimes a different SIM will change the options.

Sony changes specs faster than European women change their hair color. Unless it has the infrastructure and network abilities set up for it like the iPhone, eventually it will bomb. Apple has so much invested in one product, they'll never allow Sony to top them. Sony has too many phone products to invest much R&D into one phone.

So, I'd say if you want a Sony, get the Walkman or SyberShot.

Look WinMo handsets are all about flexibility and customizing.Of coarse magazines and rookie reviewers who only have the device for a week can\'t possibly learn all the tweaks which explains all the silly reviews .Want a phone that works out the box?get a feature phone or symbian.Want a device with a full OS that can be tailored to your needs with exceptional 3rd party apps then go for a winmo professional....but be prepared to spend time learning how to get the best out of WM.
