Hey hang on a minute Xperia has 30FPS video recording.I hear the nokia fraternity talking about TV-OUT..Once again tv-out is actually useless on n82,n95 etc because the screens have TERRIBLE resolution-76800 pixels to be pricise.

The Xperia X1 is a complete phone.Nokia cannot meet the quality of build, software and innovation that SE along with HTC produce.The N82,N95 are a fancy camera phones,with below par add on capabilities and thats it,they are always very buggy and history shows this with how many software updates Nokia produce.They are however the easiest and most widely used, but Xperia X1 vs. any Nokia?Xperia X1 wins it purely on functions and flexibility.

1-Heavier than N95 AND N82 .. 145gr!!!
2-To take picture n95 and n85 MUCH MUCH BETTER.
20 times digital zoom.30fps video record...
3-Symbian OS has many applications for mobiles when u compared with WM...
4- faster processor speed means faster fuel (battery) consumption.
P.S= TO SE addicted people.think about C702 model...(This phone comes after n95 and n82)

i work for SE in Sweden. we normally dont recommend buying high end SE phones like Xperia because they are too costly. actually the manufacturing cost is only 20-30% of the initial selling cost.

Indra, your comments concerning resolution are ridiculously misleading. You have failed to master basic concepts. The irresponsible way you throw out figures is incredible! Do you not know that it is the size of the screen that gives meaning to the resolution. Thus an 8 inch screen with VGA res will not look as sharp as a 3 inch one. Nokia's N82 is only 2.4 inches so the sharpness of image is not as simple as saying WVGA is five times the res of QVGA. You have to factor in the considerable difference in relative screen sizes. QVGA res on a 2.4 inch screen produces satisfactory results. There is no need for VGA res. Prerecorded and device recorded videos look great on the N82. What is the point in implementing VGA thus shortening battery life and raising the price of the device? On the other hand SE X1 has a much bigger screen so WVGA would be advantageous. The problem SE will have is with battery life and the speed of the device. VGA screens are both intensely processor and battery hungry.
