Excellent design and specs but IR is missing. I can't use my phone as universial remote control anymore. Anyway, I will still buy it.

Sound recorder is missing but you can install programs like Resco sound recorder in Windows mobile.
WM is not like other OS, you can install anything you want that where WM makes the difference.

This sexy looking phone will attract more young people if sound quality is good. I hope sonyericsson will emphasis on its music sound quality, though is phone is basically for business class people. One thing is missing is sound recorder. And rest of the feature is almost perfect. Thanks Sonyericsson for windows mobile. This is what I was acceptiong from sonyericsson.

I hope second quarter of 2008 means starting on march. I had compared this wm phone with htc wm phones, this one is the most good looking one. I love the stylish design and nice smile face keypad(side view), I can almost hear the clicking sound of the slide mechanic.
Just imagine that I am on train or a bus, I can take this device out and start doing homework without access to a computer. Can't finish it or don't have the mood, turn this into an mp3 player. "what are you listening to?" "do you want to hear it too?"
so nice.

WM Professional or linux is the future.Symbian OS is suitable for today\'s multimedia handsets but for a fully functioning computing device you need more.SE has made a leap in the right direction.

Are you nokia fans stupid?65k with WVGA resolution is far better than 16m colours and the dismal QVGA resolution.As for media players WMP plays mp3 just fine but this being WM6 you have the option to install an array of media players,anything from the limited almost symbian like(yuk!)LCG jukebox to Coreplayer,TCPMP,Conduits,mort etc etc btw winMobile applications are far more advanced than symbians
