ok on winmo u can customize the ui. but on android u can add widgets which winmo doesnt support. and widgets r more important since the rest is basically eye candy (eg: iphone)
multitasking is possible on android as well, but if u rly wanted multitasking on a phone u shud get palm pre.
and then what about the appstore/market place on winmo?
what about the 65k color limit on winmo?
sry but every winmo currently available is no good.
only function that SE should add to this beautiful is multi touch
because X10 can show 16m color when it upgrade to Android 2 and has 384 MB ram
king is coming in january
If youre loking for headset for your (sony ericsson) mobilephone, better you check this out. Sony Ericsson MW600 Hi-Fi Bluetooth fm radio headset for (SE) mobile phones, its mean Sony Ericsson MW600 has built-in FM radio tuner, WOW, what a wonderful headset. Sony Ericsson MW600 is a Bluetooth device with a 3.5mm audio jack, which means you can use your own headphones.
Sony Ericssons MW600 supports Bluetooth 2.1 with hands-free and A2DP profile for phone calling and music streaming. It supports Multipoint technology for connecting to two devices at the same time. The WM600 has a mirrored OLED display showing you called IDs or song names. The Bluetooth headset has built-in Lithium Ion battery for up to 8.5 hours of music streaming.
Sony Ericsson MW600 is compatible with the new XPERIA X10.
Have a nice day
I think what se did is just brilliant. Instead of inserting a radio in every mobile they have. you can just have the MW600 bluetooth headset, which is a radio and music player that works through your bluetooth.
This means no need for annoying wires that keep dangling around your neck. Just think about it enjoying the music on your mobile or pc and also listening to the radio through a bluetooth headset that works on all SE cellphones.
Come on guys this is the future, think ahead please :D.
Anonymous, 21 Dec 2009x10 is the best. too bad i have tmobile does anybody know if this coming to tmobile USA 3g thanksThe HD2 is the best phone out. Only windows mobile will let you customize your phone however U like. Can the X10 do that? No, No, No. If I want, I can customize the HD2 with any UI I want (iphone, droid, plam pre, hero, X10, etc.). Can the X10 do that? No, No, No..I can open multi apps at the same time (Camera, Word, Games, Music Player playing while working on document or surfing, etc.). Can the X10 do that? No, No, No..So to say X10 is the best is not the case. We LOVE the Windows Mobile HD2 (the phone out).......................

wow, I never know about that " voice search " , well feel like buying both Droid and X10, I am currently using a
Motorola Z10 and a SE K770
Well Thanks a lot.....

My last 2 phones are htc, so I am familiar with them :)
The hd2 is DEFINITELY GOOD.
For me though, the X10 is looking better.

But has a BIG screen so don't need a QWERTY. The Droid has a smaller screen. I like the Droid too, has a Voice search function, if you say Google, the phone will enter in Google! What a great function. :)
For people concerned about lag on the UI, it is worth checking this vid:
VASTLY improved over what i have seen previously.
I think it is going to work well, judging from this. I hope so because it sure looks nice ;)

IT is not fair to compare the Droid and the X10? different form factors. the targeted market should be different, you cannot compare these just because they both run android.
I think Droid will go up against the NOKIA N900,
X10 will compete with
Moto S-Tablet which will have
A cortex quad core
8MP Kodak cam for US and Europe(5Mp for chinses version)
the screen will be same as Droid and No Qwerty
It is heard it is going be announced in January and release very soon, even before this, As for X10 being a nice design delays would hurt its sales a lot, the UI on X10 looks awesome but it looked the navigations lags , and a delay in response(as I saw on you tube), in that case iphone is the best
Hope my opinion is fair
Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009I picked out some of the specs from your link: •Display: 3.7-inch WVGA (480×800) AMOLED cap... moreThe X10 is better than the Droid smartphone. The Droid has a 3.7 inch screen, as the X10 has a 4 inch WVGA screen. The Droid has a 5MP camera, and the X10 has 8MP camera. The Droid has a QWERTY. In this category Droid is the winner.

•Display: 3.7-inch WVGA (480×800) AMOLED cap... moreofficially SE mentioned 256mb ram
x10 has more rom but htc will ship with more memory when u consider card
battery life vs x10 we cant judge yet since htc bravo uses amoled which is more efficient and also their ui doesnt seem as much cpu intensive as SE's
i prefer video recording but that is a personal thing
optical joystick is useful
it has more dpi or ppi so its screen produces more crisp and vibrant images
htc also does hv multitouch and flash support already bcos of their ui which the article doesnt mention.
but as u said its a personal thing. i only mentioned it to prove to sum1 that x10 isnt the best bcos "best" is subjective.
x10 is a great phone (my argument is whether its the best or not). i hope SE meet their deadline for launch.
Anonymous, 22 Dec 2009http://androidandme.com/2009/12/phones/a-closer-look-at-the-updated-specs-of-the-android-power... moreI picked out some of the specs from your link:
•Display: 3.7-inch WVGA (480×800) AMOLED capacitive touch screen
•Camera: 5 megapixel with auto focus with dual LED flash; High definition 720p video capture
•Internal memory: 512 MB flash ROM; 320 MB RAM* (original RAM was 256 MB); 16 GB micro SD card included
•Chipset: Qualcomm QSD8250 1 GHz Snapdragon
•Battery: 1400 mAh
And it doesn't seem so impressive to me. Impressive in it's own right of course, but not so much compared to the x10.
For example, it has been mentioned that the x10 will have 384MB ram, + 1GB rom. Also, other specs like camera are better than the bravo.
The only good thing I see is the amoled, but all reports and images so far suggest that the x10 TFT is exceptional.
Both good, neither better. Just a preference for certain features would be the decider.
