This phone looked the goods when it first came out. Keyboard, android, good camera blah blah features/specs.
Wow. I don't think I could imagine a more disappointing and frustrating experience.
It continually drops reception, a hard reset is the only way to bring it back.
It can't sync with outlook, or export contacts to a local file. For some reason the only syncs possible are with Internet services.
Sorry if you're not comfy putting friends' numbers on the web...
You can't save photos sent to you via mms (if you manage to receive them at all!), Bluetooth file transfer only just got supported, the os is now a year out of date (2.1), the 'backup and restore' doesn't,
The battery lasts less than 16hrs, if you don't do anything with it, the screen scratches easily, the touchscreen is inconsistent in sensitivity and the software update process simply doesn't work.
Most of the functionality that I had in my 8yr old T610 is no longer present in this so called 'smart-phone'. The presence of 'apps' doesn't make up for the complete lack of basic functionality desirable in a camera phone.
Zero stars. If we had known what a dud this was, we would have chosen a nokia 3315 instead.
hey guys plese help me out ... i've been choosing between x10 and x10 mini pro ... what fone suits a guy if he is not addicted in texting and surfing the net ... both normally done :]
Good phone but very basic version of android , few issues like no zoom in the camera, Bluetooth a great concern espically because sony should have done the rectification , no upgrade available as of yet when others are thinking of 2.3ver & 4.0ver of android. Not a good choice if compared to other android hansets now available.
deciding to buy this X10 mini pro,is it very nice to use ? the colour of the screen nice ? speaker loud ? if compare this x10 mini pro with nokia c6,which one is better ?
its my first time using android .. i brought x10 mini pro 4 hour a go everyone must go for it .. amazing phone...
i have used it and believe me that it such a lame phone...
I Returned the phone after one day..
it`s design and performance is great, but features are just not good...
And Sony-ericsson atleast you could have added the bluethooth file transfer.
i am planning to buy the xperia mini x10 pro........could anyone suggest me if it is the coreect decision or should i go for some other phone in the same price range ?
This smarphone is amazing, when i install many application for this phone then realize the power of android.

shiz, 02 Nov 2010can you send photo's via bluetooth from the gallery@shiz or you mean how do you? Make sure you have downloaded and installed Bluetooth File Transfer from the andriod market, its free. When in gallery, select picture you want to send and click the envelope icon at the top left corner of the screen and you see it there.
