ash, 06 Jun 2011can ny1 tel me hw to switch on alphanumeric key pad??? qwerty is gud......get the htc.ime mod install it go to settings language and keyboard.select htc ime mod as default. go to write message.hold the blank space for about 3 seconds.select input method.select htc ime mod.thats it. just google htc ime mod for x8.

plzzzz someone reply !!!! im running out of power.Manage your phone efficiently would be better to improve battery life rather than using battery app.
- set the brightness to +/- 25%
- disable wifi, bluetooth, 3G mode and data traffic in network settings when you're not using it
- install Advance Task Killer Free, not the best applications manager that available, but it works properly to stop any apps you want to quit and its size only 256 kb.
- don't use livewallpaper, it use a lot of memory and battery power.

liesz, 06 Jun 2011camera so blurr..No quality of pic. can't be voom.. anyone know how to change QWERTY keypad... moreI think floyo .20 has a normal keypad by default not qwert type, but I do remember custom roms having one not so sure if it was floyo .20, but I have used it once, I'm using floyo .25 by the way

Today putted Android 2.3.4 on it, newest version. And now the hell it is the best phone that I can think of for just 130 bugs... YEAH

goodevening..i just love my new xperia x8..just have one question..why cant i upload pictures in facebook using this phone.when i click on upload photos the select file button does not appear coz ii find it hard to send pics as emails..ur help will be much appreciated :-)thanks

brock, 31 May 2011i cant send any music and videos using my x8 via bluetooth.maybe you should update the OS to Android 2.1. or download Bluetooth File Transfer on market

"New Message Button"
2) "write message"
3) it will load your regular english keyboard.
Here, click "write message" for MORE THAN 3 SECONDS.
4) click "input method"
5) there is a chinese keyboard choice.
