naveen.vply@gmail.co, 27 Jan 2013last 1year iam using the phone,now the touch is not working....nothing is happen to my phone 1... moreHi Please Uninstall last installed android app. some andoid app will give trouble accessing touch panel.
It drink lot of memory resource and it lockdown some I/O interrupt's. so uninstall the last app and restart the phone. two day's once restart the phone.
so memory will be fresh and free. then your touch problem will solve. I used several phone's all has touch problem's even please changed touch glass panel.

I Used this phone for one years it has lot of con's
Stability Of OS: Excellent Android 2.2-Update OS no Crash
Wear & Tear: Nice phone for rough use. It fell down too many times. No Break No Crack, No Starch, Cover color has been paled.
Video: Excellent Video Player.
Audio: Excellent Video Player.
Camera: Excellent Photos and Video’s which I directly uploaded to my facebook. But It doesn’t have self timer it’s lacking a lot because I’m solo.
Memory: Worst I cannot install even few applications. It’s always says memory full I hate it.
SD Card: Excellent Speed copying fines from PC and Android read write
App Installation: Worst because of lack of memory Even I’m unable install in SD Card.
How I used. I used this phone as a electronic dictionary for Japanese epwing app with 1.5 GB EPWING wing ROM.
Hate: I’m unable install tamil fonts because It’s not unrooted.
I’m a Android developer I want tamil font view. I don’t know how other developers developed tamil software which displays tamil font correctly in my phone.
Worst: I hate built-in software which I won’t use at all it drink all phone memory. I trying to unroot safely to remove the built-in software.
Battery: Every Day need to charge. Because of my usage and also my network coverage having good reception.
Don’t buy this phone if you are a serious app installer or user.
Buy this phone if you are a music lover and call attendee.
If I plan to change the phone to next low cost xperia tipo because for 2 GB Memory and Andoid 4 OS.

go to xda-developers. but make sure to check manufactor date,before unlocking bootloader. better to install custom rom for stock.
gingerdx is quite famous.
all got pros and cons.

nippu, 13 Jan 2013Hi frnd hw to upgrad x8 phn to android v.4.1I havent tried any 4.1 roms for our phone, as i said, I myshelf have 2.3.7. But you can take your time and look for it in the xda developers forum. GL :)

It freezes constantly, crashes all the time but the biggest problem of al... moredude, crsly ??? :/ the phone is absolutely stable .It rarely crashes and once u load a custom rom it gets even faster!! Ive veen using this for over 2 yrs now with very little problem :)

i've had this phone for like 2 yrs, my first android phone ever, sweet phone that I would never ever forget. thanks alot to xda developer that makes this phone even better (semi pinch zoom, lots of nice custom ROM and tweak). to everyone that had this phone, I wish you and your xperia x8 had a great time : )
