I am thinking about this phone... Does anybody have problems with playing some games because of lack of multitouch?

my battery lasts for less than a day.
all data connections turned off, no running apps, no live wallpapers, lowest brightness and i loose about 3% battery every hour on standby.
please suggest something. my phone is about 1 month old.

NIX, 21 Dec 2010Just wanna ask where did you have ur X8 updated to 2.1?I've updated mine using the Sony Ericsson Update Service (SEUS) that can be found on the support section of the website. It's working great than ever ☺

Can anyone tell me why I should buy x8 instead of lg optimus p500 ???
P500 is cheaper & offers better features . So ,please suggest me which one to buy ?

the worst phone i have ever used....will never use any other sony ericsson phone again....my nokia and samsung is good. X8 is a nightmare phone. Guys just google it and see the complaints of the phone by users.I think SONYERICSSON will be no more after a few years.

Could you t... moreyo anonymous......turn off ur bluetooth,wifi,3g n data traffic if u dnt use them....n frequently chek weather there r any running apps in bakground through status bar....n if any running clear thm.....keep ur screen brightness 60-70%......u dnt wry abt sunlight legibility...since fone hav ambient light sensor u cn njoy gr8 viewing.......try these opts.....

(not the x10 mini pro)hey coooool.....if screen maters to u(ie hvga res) dnt look bak.....go fr x8 n u cn also get proximity sensor n ambient light sensor wich u dont find in x10mini(qvga res.....u cnt njoy android xperience)........n x8 loooks cooooool toooooo...me bot mine 3dayz bak.....njoying it a loooot....

Nope, I didn't encounter any issue before and even after I've upgraded my phone's software to 2.1 and I'm actually enjoying using my X8 although the Motorola Milestone really got my attention. It's the first Motorla Milestone that I am referring to, the one with a slide out qwerty keyboar and a 5 MP camera.
