but i knw sum1 will crack it to 2.2 in future

for d 1 with bill/no bill problm ...
i hav 1 solution ...go n buy it without bill ...before that u goto an local mobile retailer shop ask him if he can get u an bill, max he charge 500 for it,
thus u can get it in 12000 ...

there is no music equalizer in d phone...
n probably there is no zoom as well...(not sure)

many problems. Blue tooth works only to send you something from another device, when you want to send you too, is not feasible. The settings for mms not exist. Disappointed ......

Thanks.this x8 is using capacitive touch screen.so you can't use your stylus pen to write down in surface of the lcd.your w960 is still using resistive touch screen.it can use stylus and your finger to navigate.then the capcitive is little bit different,it just response to your finger or conductor thing.thx

hey guys am getting 2 offers for this phone in bang,wid bill its for 13500 rs.. n widout its for 11400 rs.. can u believe the difference??even i dint!!so wat do u say guys.. does it make a big difference..??should i go widout bill..mainly cz its almost 2k difference..my ques is ..wil it affect my 2.1 eclair update ????plz reply guys..!

Thanks.U dont even need a stylus for this bcs its screen is vry sensitive its camera is quite clear but putting an auto focus and flash wld make the phone better,cpu is vry fast and it doesnt lag at all,Applications r really gd as it is android and its wifi connectivity is vry good...

It says for iPhone, but will work on any capacitive screen

just got this handset n its my first android handset and first sony since k700i this isnt a bad little handset good size easy to use battery is good but from what friends say sony handset are good at first and become shocking after 7-8months of use

1.the fon is great.....:)
2.i got battery backup more than i expected..it lasted 24 hr.s of heavy use including use of wifi for 2.5 hrs....thats a great comeback for sony
3.sound quality on speaker is great.
4.sound quality in earphones is gud too.
5.build quality is gud too,but if you change the backpanel thrice a day,it surely going to get loose.
6.camera quality is nice too,but keep in mind its fixed focus.
7.touchscreen and timescape ui are great,simply great.
8.i bought it for 13650/- rupees from pune in india.
9.i got two backpanels,excluding phone's.
10.browser is great too.
11.i had samsung galaxy spica,so i was nervous to use android 1.6,but i am glad to tell you that i didnt felt anything using android 1.6,it lacks somewhat in applications only.
12.main thing is eclair update is going to be available for us in 10-15 days.
13.great value for money.
14.THE BIGGEST PLUS POINT OF THIS FON IS ITS LOOKS,SEXY PHONE WITH SEXY LOOKS,I AM GLAD TO RETURN TO MY BRAND SONY ERICSSON....:)

I mean when the black skin comes for sale, can I make the phone black not just the back?
