can someone please tell me what is the maximum capacity of the memory card for this phone (up to 128 mb or up to 512 mb). also, this phone use memory card duo or memory card pro duo, because i dont want to by a wrong memory card. thanksd

Yes I am 100% positive Sony Ericsson Z1010 will work in Japan.Just stick the vodafone or foma simcard and it will work.But I heard the service is not that good.I got this phone too so I could use it in america and japan.Good thing about this phone is that it supports both GSM and WCDMA.There's arent that many phone thats like this.

This phone is pretty good got it for $295 AU. Features are solid..cameras good with great effects. Screen is very bright and looks way better than any other 65k screen out there. External screen is very useful and can be seen in any lighting condition. Battery life is good for a phone which has so many functions. Memory is good..can be expanded heaps. Ringtones sound awesome (72 poly). Size is debated a lot but this phone is DEFINITELY pocketable. After a few days u get used to the size and its not really that heavy. The design is very attractive and clean. Bluetooth and internet are fantastic and pc software is also very good. Great overall phone. For the record this phone has 4 Megabytes shared memory but it is essentially 36 because u get a memory card free in the box...so its all good. The only prob with this phone is that its hard to get games as it is not compatible on a lot of the internet sites...but it is possible. Overall a sweet phone

u can download java games from pc at 5sec!!! using bluetooth!
it also is very fast for mp3,i know the usb cable is free+included but bth worth the buy, u can keep it for future use

i was nokia fan but nokia produce most of its the same but this baby z1010 rocks n i even have s700i n i like the both phone because the screen bright n mp3 pure quality n nokia only has 65k colour n look at s700i beautiful n bluetooth is much faster than any other mobile phone in the market

the camera's on both r the same
and the z1010 is more clearer cose its got a LCD display
