im considering getting this phone for my girlfriend but after hearing the problems...i'll get a nokia instead..the z200 liiks great, i have even seen my friends..but i've used 3 sony erisscon handsets before and the same problem u guys spoke off happens

Its a nice phone but slow to do anything and as others have sed, its easily damaged on the exterior. Anyone know where i can get complete exterior casing? i want it back how it was wen i bought it!!

Horrible, horrible phone. Stupid Fido made me give up my Motorola and this Z200 is garbage. It takes AGES to load my sms boxes; you get maybe one ring before it diverts to voicemail, and you cannot program this; the menu set ups are annoying and difficult to use; it doesn't give you the times of missed calls very clearly; the reception is fair to poor most of the time; the battery life is very short; the orange backlight on the keypad is ugly and after only 2 or 3 months the silver coating on my keypad is beginning to flake away; the rocker key in the center of the keypad is hard to negotiate; the round "watch" lcd on the front makes it difficult to determine who's calling as it scrolls the name horizontally VERY SLOWLY and as you only get about 1 ring before voicemail, this means blindly answering half of your calls---all in all, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. It's crap. I've never hated a cellphone so much--whoever designed this baby must never have used a cellphone before. Also, I am having an issue now where if I turn the phone off it takes literally about 10 minutes and a lot of random luck in pressing the power key to get it turn back on--I have to go to the Fido store and replace it this afternoon. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. Buy anything else, you'll be happier.

good phone but lacks in reception, laggy controls, basically not worth your money. invest in something else! U WILL not regret doing so

I think this phone is absolutly great. it is nice to handle, it looks good and it works brilliantly. I would recomend it to anyone.

this phone looks quite good until you start using it . it seems to give the look that it was rushed and cheaply made. the software seems to crash all the time . i have had 3 replacements and i am still having the same problems

if no, where the pic come from for the pic phonebook? inside the phone? must be very ugly pic

the phone is marvelous. a very good companion indeed. its sad that i mine was stolen. is there any way i can blacklist it via its serial number? p[ls respond as i need to know. thank you.
