I dropped my Z310A, can't get it to respond..I have a bunch of photos on it and no idea how to retrieve them..:( ANy suggestions/ideas? I need to switch over to a working mobile/cell phone..Please help!

Phone is crazy. I washed it in the washing machine a few years ago and it still works.
