the zylo is the most rubbish phone evr. u mite think its all nice by jus lukin at it but trust me it is so rubbish. mesaging is really hard, it takes a long time to load and the layout is rather babyish. i spent sooo much on this phone, trust me i regret this now. xx

Please does any one know how to lock the keypad with security code? i got this phone for my girlfriend and she cant lock the phone with security code so i cant send her any messages as anyone at her house can read the message if she is not near the phone. Please friends help me.

Th is not a walkman serious. Sound totally waste compare 2 other mobile .......... I LOVE SONY MOBILES but I am very upset about the mobile

For all who think the volume of phone is too low and those who dont know flashing, Sony Ericsson has released update for this phone...Just install the software Sony Ericsson Update Service on ur PC and follow the instructions there..Its very simple ..Now my Zylo is sounding much better....

New Software version is R7DA062/063...
Check ur version in Menu->Settings->General->Update Software->Software version.
Update from PC internet and not via phone's GPRS of 3G connection..

bought this almost three months ago, at first it was alright, i never had any problem, never lags, doesn't freeze or restart, sound is good but the included headset is lame..i never dropped it, it was in good hands with me..:D
it's a great phone until today, i checked if i had any messages then i noticed black pixels all over the screen, so i switched it off then removed the battery then turned it on again, the said black pixels were gone so i thought it was alright then..but when i slide it up, the screen went blank..o_o obviously, from experience with other slider se phones before, i know the flex has already given up..i love the design and display of this but se's slider phones are just bad..i learned my lesson, i won't get another slide up from se..very disappointing. it's not an expensive phone but of course, we all want a durable phone..so my advice, don't get this unit even if you take care of your gadgets very well like me..

The overall sound for this phone be it headphones or speaker, is comparatively lower than the other walkman series phones. For me most important is that they've still not compromised on the quality (not loudness - these are two different things) of the sound. Both speakers and headphones generate a high quality sound.
So if you want loudness = this phone is not phone for you guys.
Music Quality = No other phone can be better than this.

Ilan, 02 Nov 2010Bought this one 2 days before, volume is so less, when u r travelling its useless,poor volume,... morenw dat i dnt believe coz dis is walkman.and no walkman hav low sound and clarity. some one say, hw is its speakers. rnt they loudr and clearer than most other phones for dis price ...? i'm going 2 buy this phne
