High marketshare of Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo is because of their low ends.
People in India buy only Redmi. No matter if they still use old components like micro usb.
They dont care the fact xiaomi phones have high SAR.

Today i was in a mobileshop and tryed out the New Xperia 1 for some time and i was very impress the bild quality was top notch and this phone frels very comfortable in the palm of your hands sadly i coulnd try out the camera becourse of the low batterylevel the battery was 2 % which is to low but still som very impressed what i saw and the price includes the Bluetooth headset and here in Norway the Xperia Cost about 9400 nok the price okay i will buy the Xperia 1

start making again XZ1 Compact, its better (good battery life and good to hold in hand or pocket) than these new ones.

I have still my hopes with Sony brand. Have my XZ1C and its just marvelous smartphone except of that s***ty camera. And I mean really baaad camera. I did make some good pics in really good light but in general, Xperia´s cameras are bad. Hopefully the Xperia 1 will just surprises us with the camera. If the camera will be just average I think it is going to be one of the last phones made by Sony.

Sony should think why is apple, samsung, Huawei, xiaomi and other has better successful phones.

Anonymous, 12 May 2019Sony needs better heat disapaction as its phones always overheat.Sony has improve heat dissipation and the design is wise and better for heat dissipation, I think I have post the link on here and you just don't want to know it. The 855 also less heat and save battery.

Why... moreThe Xperia UI Android 9 using Pill gesture, not the full screen gesture.
It depends on people's preference. For me, a big phone that nowadays has, full screen gesture is perfect. Using 3 dots u have to stretch your hand, or change palm placement in order to go to bottom to tap it (especially Xperia 1 that has tall display). Using fully gesture are more user friendly, one handed usage without reposition your palm.

Anonymous, 12 May 2019Sony needs better heat disapaction as its phones always overheat.I live in a very hot country, and have had the XZ Premium for nearly 2 years now. The only time the phone overheated was a during the Oreo update when I left it accidentally under the sun.
Sony phones since the XZP don't overheat no more, at least it's very very difficult.
