No customers outside hongkong and taiwan. Even most japaneses prefer iphone, sharp, and galaxy (not xperia).

So its only a catching up, its only a copy of S10 camera, so its not going to be leader. Yes finally a flagship camera setup, so it will have flagship performance, less noise as we can expect from 12mp big sensor, better focus and better stabilisation better low light. It will be a jump from xz3 mediocre camera.

so much name calling, defaming , hate spreading on an unreleased phone. but wait no more, tomorrow is the official launching of xperia 1 in taiwan. review will soon available and can't wait to see how much their OIS+EIS and their 21:9 screen to watch movie lying on bed without black bars or extending the screen to fill the bars.

Only Huawei camera must have camera software update? Why bothering told me Huawei will fix for the reddish people or fake gold signage, I don't care about it. I am Sony user but definitely not a Huawei fans.. alas. I don't get it why you share the Sony latest UI not the avatar style's photo from Mate 20, I know you hate Side sense but you love the notch and wider width even more that's make it looks much better and of course stylish.

On that situation, u can never know for sure, unless your the photographer. Seems like a different white balance takes for me.
If he point out on the blue sky color, reddish skin tones on video, yes it is not accurate. Replied him already that an update already fix those reddish skin tones. But other than that, like i said previously, its a Leica style color temp photography.

Dont you worry about JOLED, its bright, up until now they produced oleds on a testing line only, second gen line and mass production with high cost effective yield coming in 2020, and with customers like Sony and other waiting in the line...

A smart Shooter, 23 Apr 2019I have experience some phones from my friend and parents that's enough, not need just like you... moreI change phones every two years now, to make sure i can get for the latest tech, experiencing myself (no problem with money). And no, this is not an advertising, this is an opinion express that came from a Sony fan, and i'm still a fan of Sony. But i cant deny their weakness on camera department, which is Sony itself admit it. As stated numerous on previous reply, i even said Huawei phones got its weakness, but overall its the better one. The one that denying is you, explanation that lacks knowledge in terms of a photography world.
And i gave opinion about previous Xperia, not the Xperia 1, which hopefully finally can competes with others. Back in days, i contribute a lot on Sony rom regarding theming, kernel, cameras on XDA. Still have hopes for Sony eventhough they stop selling in my country. While i'm using Huawei Mate 20 now, this are the looks of my phone - http://imgur.com/gallery/BQ2D62B

Even though it's made huge losses due to serious market changes and competition, it will survive for now as it has has new investors. But without doubt, the future of Joled is still unsure.

Huawei is phone is the best for low light, zoom, stability, macro, bokeh etc. Thats all make it one of the best camera phone. But for color accuracy and daylight photo it isnt. Please, accept it, its the fact..

Dude, u need to sharpen up your knowledge ab... moreI have experience some phones from my friend and parents that's enough, not need just like you spend the money to experience it and you just give the highest rate to one brand as an advertising, that brand also have their weakness how can you deny it, the youtuber makes the camera comparison is quite fair. You are 'introduce' the brand at Sony thread and more you discredit Sony phone at the same time. The camera comparison is quite clear, P30 pro mess up on color algorithm.

Except JOLED is not a JDI division.
JDI has a minority of stock in JOLED, maybe none now as them themselves got into financial problems, and japan investment group INCJ is the main owner of JOLED, includin minor stock holders like Sony and some other japanese.

Dude, u need to sharpen up your knowledge about photography. Go for more professional reviewer (Mrwhosetheboss is just ok), own another branded phone to compare with in real life, dont just rely on not so credible & lame youtube comparison. Heard that u using Z2. I own that phone 4 years ago, before switching to Z5. I even root & even put Cyberian mod on that device (if u know what i mean).
Guess what? After Z5 i switch to Honor 8 Pro. Honor 8 Pro camera trash both Z5 & Z2 without any enhancement done & without root (i dont feel the need anymore as its so good) by left really far behind, along with other aspects for the price. Give u some advice, try switch another brand phone (flagship), then u'll know how bad camera algorithm on previous Xperia is. I'm happy now with Mate 20, gonna use it for next 2 years until Mate 40 arrive. Unless Sony makes me interested again.
