I hope there will be a compact xperia 1 with snapdragon 855. Been using: Xperia mini, Xperia Z5 compact and Original Xperia Compact. Please Sony. Don't abandon the compact line. If not snapdragon 855 then a 700 series and max 5.2" 18:9 with small bezels. Come on make it happen.

Just dont overhype it, you even dont know anything yet, never try that app yet you already conclude its so 'professional. Or you always do it, praising something you never own on try only because your beloved brand create it?
Remember you always wrong, and you know even the small thing like tap to wake, proper file manager, they can not provide it anymore. Just dont expect too much, it will be a great app, but if other decide to get into it seriously, they will do it much better.

Why bother searching and pay for unknown app that's maybe required permission. Sony give the professional application just use it. Don't blindly believe those hater, any good news from Sony they can trolling till it bad, so be wise, don't makes yourself looks fool.

Do you thing people will buy xperia just because of its movie creator?
Buying app from playstore is much much more cheaper than buying new phone.

Like sony mobile, other vendors also buy the sensors from sony semiconductor division, but other vendors develop the sensors inhouse, they add OIS, better lenses, make it dual or triple sensor, bigger apperture even dual apperture. And the most important thing is other vendors have software skill way a head of spny.
But ya with the help alpha team its a big advantage, now there is exclusive the best sensor, and tech from alpha team, they now finally catch up triple camera trend and finally OIS is there. Without alpha team it probably will take 2 year more to make triple camera happen and OIS will never be there.

There's very little correlation between phones with 8gb ram outperf... morethere is a huge difference. you might only get 2gb ram more, but you also get double the internal storage. and thats for only a few bucks more. of course you go for the 8gb ram and 256gb storage, than the 6gb and 128gb storage, for only 80$ in difference. yeah, im using oneplus price here. pocophone could prob do it even cheaper.
