I really like sony because they don't care at all about other phone companies, they have their own philosophy.
I think this phone is excellent, both in specs and price

7681880Sanjit Chowdhury , 03 Apr 2020Sony is a good brand everyone knows but price should be below 20kDude, it's almost impossible to price Xperia 10 II under INR 20K, unless some specs has to be cut / remove. The paper specs of 10 II already taking their last year flagship specs, which's not that cheap. IP certification cost is adding more into the cost...

Yeah I kinda agree with that one.guess what... i never know about a5 or a6+ and so looked it up... funny how i cant see the resemblance... those phones are very samsung...
the design is classic, yes, it looks like the old z series with just trimmed down bezels and wider aspect ratio...
perhaps the xperia closest to a samsung design is the xz3... and even that phone is unique at the back....

This is quite good isn't it? I mean sure it's not the best performer for the price but that design is just a looker. Now if only it was frosted or matte finish for the back panel instead of glossy glass like finish then it will he perfect. Still can't buy it though since sony mobile has went out of my country

Price in Japan (carrier Docomo) is equivalent to 410 euros (taxes included).
I think prices in Japan are higher than Europe.

I owned 7 consecutive Sony phones in the past and switched after they decided to remove the headphone jack and started to create uncanny heavy phones. I'm so happy they have returned with a lighter form factor, the headphone jack, and a larger battery capacity as well! This will be my next phone.

I just wish this phone instead of 12MP 1/2.8 + 8MP 1/4 + 8MP 1/4 had 12MP 1/2.3 + 12MP 1/3.4 + 12MP 1/3.4 ...
Even with weak sensors from Samsung.

idk, 20 Apr 2020how the hell do that phone looks like a5?Wonderful Device! After a very long time in the mid range segment. Those people who are saying that the phone looks like Samsung Galaxy A5, "You are Wrong".
The A5 has a very distinct samsung design with a home button key and a different aspect ratio.
