Anonymous, 07 May 2020In addition to my last post, sure they should overthink their pricing, on the other hand there... moreMay be you are talking this, as you have not used sony Mobile or other products, why Apple have this much of rate, you ever think of that, because they charge for their quiality.
You can see the quality difference on anything, from Screnn, call quality, camera, batetry etc, I have redmi honior and Vivo phone, but the theor camera qualty cant beat my old sony Xperia L. And that mobile still give stunning battery backup. So dont compare with price compare with Quality. Also remember, sony on all the products they maintain their quality and keep their words what they meant for.

Also their marketing really isn't that good (to put it friendly), that's also something they should (and have to) work on, otherwise they will follow htc

In what way, S20+ has the same SD865 (not talking about Exynos), 12gb ram, SAME IMX55... moreIt's the only flagship phone without a notch or punch hole, has a 3,5mm jack and the audio features, the camera is developed by sony's camera department, it has a 4K Display and they keep their android UI very minimalistic/stock. If you don't care about these things it's just not you're phone, but personally I really like this.
Sure, especially with the camera we have to wait how it turns out, but until now it sound really good (manual control, their auto focus etc).

I can't believe people keep saying that there are better phones than this one.
1. It may be better for you but "better" is subjective and it does not mean the same for everybody.
2. There is only one phone on this website that has 5G, Dual SIM support, IP6x certification and headphone jack. It is Xperia 1 II and those are some of the reasons I like it.
People have different needs from a phone so please stop trashing the phone just because it does not meet your needs or expectations.
Usually when somebody trash talk a phone it is because they need to justify them self that the phone is not good so they don't feel bad they cannot have it.

Well, it is as of today the most favourite flagship of 2020, at least by arenas numbers.
And not even released or reviewed yet...
So, I believe Sony made a winner here. People like it a lot.
Hope it translates to increase in sales numbers.

Looks like it is 1200 euros (VAT included).
The 10 ii in HK is about 330 dollars. Blue and mint green is just for Asia.

In USA, UK and German websites as well it is changed to where to buy instead of available soon. If my guess is correct pre-orders will be by end of this month. In worse case beginning of June.
