I've had miy Xperia 5 for a month or so now! It's really great!! I've at times wanted to use my headphones at the same time as charging though... which can't be done if you don't have wireless headphones, but I guess you know about there not being a 3,5mm jack. Anywy, the phones is great and one of the BEST things about it is the screen! Ofc, it's been during winter, so I haven't been to a sunny beach yet, but I have the screen in "Creator mode" which is said to make the picture even better, I also believe the maximum light strength is stronger, though I haven't tried 'cause I always have around half strength. Though it's on adaptable light stregngth, so it changes when it's lighter around. But wow, the HDR OLED!!! It amazes me when I watch Netflix on it!

mihawk, 08 Jan 2020I have not encountered this problem, use Sony companion to restore the firmware.Is there any difference if I use Xperia companion instead of factory defaults option from my phone menu?

Did anyone notice a weird wifi issue? Very frequent my wifi freezes and disconnects for a few seconds. When this happens, I have internet from mobile data and then wifi connects again. Is very annoying because I have problems with whatsapp calls etc. I restored factory defaults with no luck and it's not a router problem because it occurs with every wifi network I connect. My software version is 55.0.A.11.25 (android 9)

Xperia 5 Plus leaks are out. If the leaks are the real deal, a lot of people will be happy. Dual FF Stereo speakers + 3.5mm jack!

The problem is with custom launchers. I use Nova Launcher, and it doesn't work properly with this version of Android 10, the recently used apps list doesn't show anything and causes the phone to crash, so for the time being, if you use a custom launcher, stay on Android 9, otherwise, you can upgrade to Android 10.

hi all sony lovers . i recevd update to android 10 . but i am afraid to upgrade . did any one updated his phone ? . i am afraid after upgrading to have issues with conectivity or batery or any other isdues . are you advicing me to stay on android 9 . thanks in advance
