Perfect design, is beautiful but I am sure camera is not good and side mounted fingerprint !
Absolute perfection, BUT NO THANKS!
168 mm is too tall phone, for me.
Other manufactors have a lot of phones of all sizes and anyone can choose what suits him.
I like SONY phones (I like their design the most), but they need to understand that phone dimensions are a very important thing and that everyone has their own taste.
As things currently stand, SONY phones ARE NOT an option for me to buy.
Once they have a 158 x 74 mm phone, they will then be considered.
One more thing, a 4000 mah battery is required for a flagship phone and this is what sells the phone, not a story of good software optimization.
Farfacari, 11 Jan 2020What does not suit you again. It's an almost perfect phoneLooks great
Has No wireless charging
Has No on display fingerprint scanner
Has No good camere or software
This are main issues with sony that so important this days.
But I like the design...
Farfacari, 11 Jan 2020What does not suit you again. It's an almost perfect phoneI agree, Sony, SD 855, and a headphone jack. Nothing else needs to be said. Absolute perfection.
Farfacari, 11 Jan 2020What does not suit you again. It's an almost perfect phoneOneplus is probably cheaper and with better specs. Why bother?
CptPower, 11 Jan 2020Not worth to buy.
There are cheaper midrangers with more ram and disk space avilable to buy.... moreThis one has ddr5 ram and ufs3.0. Name us midranges with it...
Should I tell you the name of chinese flagship that will cost over $600 but with ddr4 and ufs2.1 in 2020?
Not worth to buy.
There are cheaper midrangers with more ram and disk space avilable to buy. Even flagship devices.

Foxtrot2Novmbr, 10 Jan 2020128GB of Internal Storage. Uses a 2018 processor. No wireless charging. Resolution is 1080p... moreDude, this currently state of this phone is still rumored, and we don't have any progressively official specs inside it, and only can be confirmed by Steve Hemmerstoffer like the screen size, dimensions, and first-glance design only. They only put the placeholder most of the specs of Xperia 5 to this one, as this phone is similar to Xperia 5 terms of design, rather than Xperia 1, tho this phone should be the successor of Xperia 1. The specs only be changed when the phone unveiled and official at MWC 2020. So, the judgement should be on hold at least until MWC
Anonymous, 09 Jan 2020Sony practically invented the sensors capable super slow mo, though they never called it such ... moreThe TRUE super slomo (not the interpolated one) timeframe is limited by how many shots it can store in the sensor's DRAM and does not necessary needs a SD865 just to make the timeframe longer than what it already is.

Their phones were mainly targetted there. These phones that they sell globally is just icing on the cake, they don't even support these phones with extensive marketing which is what Samsung and iPhones mainly does.

You have to transfer those photos to a computer, edit with a software, then you can upload but to the Web version of Facebook and Instagram which aren't user friendly. If you have good phone with a good camera, you can do everything from one device.

I dont know what sony is after. Has anybody in sony company any idea with whats going on on the market. Well clearly no.
1-No wireless technology
2-No good comera or software ( sony the one who gives their cameras to other brands yet how come they capture better photo and videos then sony? )
3-Give up square things not comfortable on hands come on
4- need better software with nice iconic icons
5- no one needs nonremovable preloaded apps or bolatwares.
Who said name is 5+?
Steve said XZ4. Sony called it 1.
Steve said 2. Sony called it 5.
Steve said XA3/XA3 Ultra. Sony called them 10/10+.
Steve said XZ4 Compact. Sony called Ace.
Looks like he will be wrong again .....
128GB of Internal Storage.
Uses a 2018 processor.
No wireless charging.
Resolution is 1080p
Still uses the Low Powered LED flash
