bravia engine and corning gorilla glass both r different things....BE is the display quality(enhancer), while corning gorilla glass or any mineral glass is glass used to protect or cover the display bcz these r scrach resistant and tough.........i hope u got my point

this is an excellent device from sony till date, waiting to get one. Hope it does launch in india.

specs are best till now. 1.5 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 12 MP camera with full HD, very nice screen resolution and 1920 MAh battery sounds too good. Size is a bit too large to be considered as TAB but this is personal interest. Let see how it works practially.

Anonymous, 30 May 2012Sony mineral glass is stronger Is it scratch resistant and as durable as gorilla glass ? my friend has an xperia S but he has a screen guard on it ! 'm a huge fan of sony and have always wanted to see xperias without ugly screen protectors on them ! why can't sony join hands with corning n produce handsets with gorilla glass ?
